POOR DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!!!!! initially, i spent 5mins at the self-service screens, failing to order my meals, only for the screen to repeatedly show me a blank screen when i tried to make changes to my order .... & even when i finally after a further 5mins, i was able to get a staff to assist me to "fix" the screen .... i ended up knowing more than the staff did .... so i went to the counter to order my meals .... but as i mention next, the staff are not much better. regardless of what store i go to, i never leave with my full order ... either complete items are missing &OR i never get the correct quantity .... either staff have horrible memories of what is part of THEIR menu &OR they cannot count, therefore i am missing the quantity that i paid for (which is fraud). the other night i ordered 2 bundles, where certain condiments should have been part of what i brought home .... but surprise surprise .... these condiments were completely missing, so this is theft of my money & fraudulent advertising, as i didnt get what was advertised. I tried to call the store to inform/arrange for supply of these condiments, BUT the phone line was conveniently busy .... ALL 6 times i called .... MMMMMMM. NOW .... i am expected to use more of my money (in petrol) to drive back to the outlet to get these outstanding condiments, which are pointless, as the main meal parts have been eaten OR are refrigerated & not worth using the withheld...
Read moreIt's literally the worst Macas feed I ever had. I think maybe they were understaffed? The self-service terminals greeted us with a message WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY RECEIVING TAKEAWAY ORDERS. Also, there was no paper in the machine so couldnt get a docket. We ordered 2 double quarter pounder meals and 24 nuggets. The girl behind the counter was yelling out random order numbers, which was zero use to anyone because, as mentioned previously, most of the self serve stations had no paper for receipts. So that was fun, every poking there noses in eachothers bags trying to work out who's was who's while the docile girl behind the counter blankly watched on. We got our food, the chips were old and soggy, the nuggets were tepid and chewy as to be almost inedible. The patties in the burgers were really salty, like REALLY salty, as though they had extra applied? Could feel the cruch of salt while chewing. They were also old, tough and only just above room temp...I suspect maybe due to being short staffed, they've cooked heaps of patties in advance and they sat there stockpiled then used them as needed. One occassion we ate in the restaurant my sont wanted to play in the kids area. I tasted burnt patty. Half of the burger i looked inside the patty really burnt. Disappointed. Cant be bothered to claim, they might think i want free foods.
Also disappointed with the ads free cups. I purposely ordered because of the ads. Came back to the restaurant to claim the cup. I thought the staff forgot to put in my orders (like they usually did). The staff said out of stock. What a scam ads.
One Saturday morning. I ordered 2 coffees. The lid wasn't properly closed. The staff acknowledged the lid not matched. I tried to closed the lid it ended up spilled on my hands landed my car windows, seeped through my window glass went inside the car door. The staff offered tissues. I asked for cloth to wipe my car door. She also offered water to rinse my car door. The incident not only on the car door. I needed to clean my car instead or enjoying my coffee that morning. I told her to tell the manager to order proper coffee cups and lid thats matched. Hazzard
