Domino's Pizza Picton — Restaurant in Picton

It brings me no joy to leave such a harsh review but, I have complained many, many times and nothing has ever changed.

The staff are flat out, the service is poor at best. They cannot even cut a damn pizza through the base and haven't for months.

The store doesn't really accept any promotions the chain runs, the orders are nearly always wrong and not in minor ways. They have no interest in making things right and quite often substitute much more expensive pizzas with a cheap pepperoni and refuse to provide what is actually paid for.

The store is absolutely filthy, so much so you can barely see through the windows and risk breaking your neck just walking in from all the grease on the floor.

This franchise operator doesn't care at all about the customer, the experience or the band. There is a complete and utter lack of respect and decency. This franchise is literally stealing from customers on a daily basis with no accountability at all to the brand.

I am done with these Muppets and their theft and games. I urge you to consider again if you find yourself wanting to order from Dominono's, you will regret the inferior service and quality immediately. Save yourself the pain and buy a frozen pizza or...

Never again Dominos Picton, NSW !!!

We'd had some bad experiences before with terrible extended wait times and mixed up orders but always gave them the benefit of the doubt, but tonight we are done, never to return.

We ordered & paid online 7 pizzas for pickup and chose a generous pickup time to give them enough time to get it right. The web page tracking app told us they would be ready at 7.10 and we received an SMS saying they would be ready at 7:03.

We arrived at 7.25 to be told that they were in the oven. I asked the young customer service guy when they would be ready and he initially said he didn't know. I asked him to check and he then told me they hadn't been made yet. This was different to his initial response.

I asked to speak to the manager who proceeded to tell me that they had no record of my order which was contrary to what the other guy had said. He said they could make them quickly if I wanted to wait. I said no thanks & asked for a refund which was issued immediately.

Worst Pizza place ever. Order said ready for ages, I call store and ask when it’s going to be delivered told within 15minutes and I said it better still be hot and they said yes it will be. I get notified it’s been delivered which it wasn’t after 6 minutes someone finally delivered it. I get My order inside and all 3 pizza are stone cold and the garlic knots are way over cooked. I call the store AGAIN to complain that they said it would be hot and it wasn’t and knots over cooked. They offered to recook order and send it out within 15 minutes and asked if I wanted an extra side I said no extra side and they said no worries order will be ready and delivered in 15minutes, this was at 8.20pm by 9.15pm I knew order wasn’t coming. It’s morning now and no order arrived at all!!! . We threw away the garlic knots and 1 and a half pizzas out of 3 and air fried our frozen ones which were way yummy from now on we will order only from PICTON PIZZA CAFE AS THERE FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT, FRESH AND DELIVERED FAST!!!
