McDonald's Picton — Restaurant in Picton

Go through to drive through today had a deal on the my maccas app for a $7 small cheeseburger meal and an extra cheeseburger get to the window to pay and the lady had put it through as 2 separate items and said it’s not working for some reason. She then proceeded to ask the another coworker for some assistance which was the one who took our order poorly and the girl was completely ignored and left clueless as she appeared to be new so we ask for a receipt and she replies yep turns away to grab it and then says “sorry there’s no paper in the machine” get to the next window to pick up our food and drinks and then drive off. start eating the chips that were cold tasted like straight oil and absolutely no salt on them I have definitely had better start eating my burger no pickles on the Big Mac and one pickle per cheeseburger worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had. Very disappointed in the service i received last night at about 8:50pm. i work night shift so it completely ruined my day! firstly the girl on the speaker had no idea what i was trying a order and made me repeat it like 7 times. then when finally got around to collect my drink, the lid was broken it spilled all over the edges and all over the ground i was hanging out the window trying not to make a mess of my car. the girl was looking at me like she was dumb, then i had to ask for some napkins she handed them to me and left.. i come here often on my way to or from work and usually they make my drink all clumpy and gross. i order an iced chia btw, not hard.... but come on, could have offered to give me a new lid or even transfer the drink to a new cup. i only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the drink wasn't clumpy and yuck today. it was just super messy and sticky. very upset by...

Terrible service and food everytime, I've lived around this area for years and everytime I've been they've never failed to disappoint, I don't understand why no matter what their staff can't cooked anything reasonably, half the times I've e been it's like they've dipped everything in oil including the burger buns where as the other times I could eat a bucket desert sand and it'd would still be juicier than the food here, not to mention the amount of times they can't seem read an order, but my main issue for typing out this comment is due to their pure lack of ambition and laziness at this specific restaurant, sure it's a mcdonalds but the fact that it took 10 minutes to make 2 simple toasties just to forget half the ingredients in them even though it was 9am and there was 2 people in the restaurant waiting for their food it shouldn't have taken that long for what pretty much came out...
