Edit* Had to try this place again and it is by far the best meat pie I've ever had, along with the Portuguese tart and another carrot cake cupcake, absolutely have to try this place.

I recently visited this bakery 4 times in 4 days. Incredible. The coffee is made at a consistently high standard and their food is fresh, exciting and made with care. I have never had a pear danish before and it was honestly one of the best things I have ever tasted. Their steak and pepper pie is so peppery it made me smile and their quiche tastes like it was just out of the oven. We had a morning tea stop on our way out of Port Macquarie at Cassera’s. I’m happy to report our spread of filling treats was excellent. The best was the ham and cheese croissant. A delicate croissant with beautiful cheese and ham, melted to perfection. The almond croissant and caramel Slice were of a high standard, but not as good as the ham and cheese croissant.
