WORSTTTT EXPERIENCE EVERRR!!! Have been in PMQ for less than a month and have been out trying new and local places and found everyone and everything lovely, however this place has such disgusting customer service that would never ever step foot in the shop again. Visited on Saturday evening looking for a quick snack bite after a great day exploring the city. We looked at the menu for a few minutes just standing at a table and decided to order some fries and saw the price however the menu didn't indicate the portion size, walked up to the counter to ask the staff about the portion size to decide how many we would like to order for our family. There was a person standing inside that looked at us standing at the counter twice but didn't have the human courtesy to let us know he will in a moment if he was busy, didn't even bother looking at us to let us know he will come in a moment, we saw a bell at the counter and rang it assuming was there to get the staffs attention when they are busy. After ringing the bell, just once the person rushes towards the bell and practically snatches the thing off the counter and extremely rudely tells us to not ring the bell again. I found this so confusing as why the hell was there a bell on the counter if we weren't supposed to ring it. However I did apologise, understanding maybe the staff member was just overwhelmed and giving him another chance nicely asked him about the portion size of the fries, he continued to reply to us in an extremely cold and rude attitude which I kept ignoring as we wanted to try the food and couldn't care less about the disgusting hiring choices of crust pizza. So after the staff person told us that the portion size was small I asked him how small so like a one person serving he says yes, I ask him do they have a family portion he says no. At this point I becoming frustrated by his cold and extremely rude behaviour that I decide to address this to his face and ask him straight up that is he not looking for our business and decide to walk out as I cannot stand to see his face anymore and would not be insulted to pay this business. Now he decides to completely let go of any remaining manners and human decency a person can have and starts to go off at us again for ringing the bell, I tell him that he should watch his attitude and should not be opening his shop if he's not willing to serve customers and give them respect. He keeps going off while I walk out and leave the shop feeling disrespected like I have never been before from a restaurant I came to give business too. I would never recommend CRUST PIZZA PORT MACQUARIE to anyone and would like to let anyone looking to go there to be prepared for the worst customer service and rude staff they have ever seen. I have never left a review for anyhting ever however this place has compelled me to leave a blatantly honest review to let everyone know what goes on here. I really do hope the restaurant either decides to have customer service training for all the staff members or decides to re evaluate their hiring choices before this staff member chases off all the...

I wish there was the option to give 0 stars. Ordered the mushroom gnocci and soft drinks through Menulog, which predicted my order would arrive at 7:30PM. I order regularly and no restaurant in town ever takes the full hour to deliver to me as I am near the center of town. At 7:45PM I called the restaurant to explain unhappily that I had placed the order over an hour ago and there was no sign of my food. I got a very confused receptionist who told me my order probably hadn't even gone through before bailing to get the manager... Who was a rude and dismissive woman, who basically came on the phone with a 'what do you want?!' attitude. When I explained my problem, she told me my order was already with the delivery driver. I asked how long ago they had left: 20mins prior apparently. 8PM a young man comes running up my stairs with a dried out container of soggy, barely warm pasta which has obviously been forgotten in his backseat and looks like they fried frozen pasta pieces then threw up canned mushrooms on it. The drinks were not cold either. Overpriced, disgusting customer service, incompetent delivery drivers and bad food all around as well as some suspect business practices. A newcomer to Menulog which I will not be using again and will recommend to anyone who will listen that they avoid it. New businesses starting out should know better than to be rude to your customers for a start. Given the far more superior Pizza Obsession or even Dominos has never messed up an order so badly, I say spend your money there and let this one fade into...

If you’re a pizza lover, Crust Pizza is a must-try! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu is diverse, offering everything.

The crust itself is perfection—crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and just the right thickness. I went for their signature pizza scrolls and it did not disappoint. The combination of fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and generous toppings made each bite better than the last. The sauce is rich and tangy, and the cheese is wonderfully melted, stretching just the right amount with each slice.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about their food. The whole experience was top-notch, from ordering to enjoying the pizza.

Whether you’re dining in or getting a takeout, Crust Pizza offers a great experience that I can’t recommend enough. For anyone craving an unforgettable pizza, this place is a solid choice!
