Hungry Jack's Burgers Port Pirie — Restaurant in Port Pirie

Went through the drive through the person that took our order was busy doing something else by the time we went up to pay and she put another person on the window who we had to repeat our order to 3 times. We then ended up with 3-4 staff trying to figure out our order at the window. We were told we had to park out the front and go in to correct our order as they couldn’t get it right. We finally received our meal we got over charged and ended up with things we didn’t order. Our chips were hard and cold and the nuggets were the exact same as the chips. The manager was rude throughout the whole thing. I will not be going back. Slow service, car park is so ridiculously small its hard to take a park everytime they ask you. Been there several times and consistently something is wrong or missing. The chips are never fresh and taste like cardboard.

Most recent experience left me waiting for 20mins. I get told by a very apologetic young lady who brang out my order, that they never took my plates so she had no idea who the order belonged to. The whole thing was cold and I was missing my nuggets in my hunger takers meals.

When I walked in and stood at the counter the staff member just looked at me and then went about completing other orders. I get that they need to keep the food turning over and complete other orders, but a simple acknowledgement would be a good start. Maybe something like "Hello, I'll be with you in a moment". The chips are delicious and well cooked. The coke (no ice) was disgusting - very watery. Get a cup of boiling water and clean the post mix machine.
