Hungry Jack's Burgers Queanbeyan — Restaurant in Queanbeyan East

The staff here don't seem very friendly at all... felt like I was Inconveniently interrupting them by going through drive-thru.

SECOND EDIT: A note to the staff that work here... if you don't like your job, find a new one... don't get angry at customers for no reason, maybe be polite, they might actually then be polite back to you... all starts with a greeting, "Hi how are you" or even more basic, just "Hello" would even work... opening the window and hanging the eftpos machine out it is not a greeting, plus, there is still a thing called cash- maybe learn about it instead of looking confused at the fact that nothing happens when I tap a $20 note on your eftpos terminal, just lucky I wasn't paying with coins i guess, would have went everywhere, because I don't imagine the machine can catch coins.

Last night l ordered 2 Kitkat Storms and 1 Fairy Floss Storm. I also paid additional to have extra topping and kitkat on 1 of the kitkat's and extra Fairy Floss on that one... Not cheap desserts when you do that, so you can just imagine the level of disappointment we had when we pulled them out of the bag to find the saddest, cheapest looking dessert I've ever been given from ANY fast food store. All storms were lucky to be filled maybe halfway at most, and though I paid for additional toppings on 2 of the 3 storms, none of them had any where near the amount of toppings as they normally do or that is shown in marketing collateral. in fact, if it wasn't for the Fairy Floss on top of one ( the 1 portion only, not the 2 I paid for), I almost wouldn't have been able to tell them apart.

Thankyou to UberEats for arranging a prompt refund for these, but sadly, I don't think I'll bother trying to order from Hungry Jacks Queanbeyan any more, there's always something that's disappointing when you go there.

Oh, but I should point out that my Large Coke was perfect amount of ice and coke, right temperature, not leaking/spilt, 10/10 for the drink (it stopped the scare from being a...

Serial bad service... Let me give you an example of just the last three encounters, 1, ordered the philledelphia burger, looked nothing like the ad or picture, total rip off, false advertising, 2, decided to order a regular whopper after the first incident, ordered it with cheese, came without cheese, lucky I kept the receipt because they actually checked like I made it up, then they dumped a piece on over my now cold burger, 3, ordered a drive through whopper with extra bacon, checked the order because this place is notorious for omitting items you have payed for, everything looked good, but when I got home big surprise, no bacon, so not only did I get an inferior tasting burger but I paid extra for the privilege, I'll just add that inside and outside the place is usually dirty and the people who serve you have unusually dead disinterested eyes.... Bieve the one...

Probably the worst fast food place I have been. Been going there on and off for the last two years and it’s just bad. Staff are rude, orders are almost always wrong when they serve you in the drive through. And that’s the big thing, almost always asked to wait out the front for basic small orders so big ones are a definite. Sometimes they have so many people waiting they don’t know who’s order is what or it’s wrong altogether. Even had to go inside because I’ve been forgotten. Latest visit was the last straw. Super simple order not at a peak time and everything was cold. Also had to wear a mask in drive through “to comply with regulation” when that isn’t the rules and there is no other drive through in the area with that rule. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
