Ador'a Cafe — Restaurant in Queensland

Told to wait, while the second person was standing there doing nothing, then when ordering a toasty and drink, they made the drink and then say, you just need to make your own toasty. I'd been waiting for 5 mins and they then inform me, so they turn on the sandwich toaster, expect me to wait for the machine to warm up and then make my own, so In decline. $7.58 was the for the drink, 1% surcharge, I ask why and it seems none knows why.

Iced latte was filled with coffee grinds, had to toast my own sandwich and i had to ask for a plate afterwards and they ended up giving me a paper plate that was smaller than the sandwich and had a dirty finger print/ smudge on it.
