Couldnt find anywhere in the Bay that could grill a piece of fish properly. Someone suggested Fish n Grill. Tonight I ordered 1A x 2. Grilled fish of the day, salad, chips and a sauce with the salad. As an extra some naan . Opening the box the salad was in its own bowl covered with wrap. The fish was in foil just the right amount of chips and a wedge of lemon. Opening the foil you could see the fish was lightly grilled. One mouthful a I was sold. Moist, flesh breaking away and fresh. Chips were crisp as was the crunchy salad. Fish n Grill take a bow. The best cooked fish in the Bay. The menu is diverse and serves of Pacific style cooking, island style chop suey, curries along with bugers and grill. If they do raw fish island style I will be in like Flynn. Dine in or take away. Will...

The tables where a bit sticky and unstable. However the food we did have made up for it. "Pan fried snapper" was cooked perfectly and was easy for my great grand parents to eat (both 83), "jungle curry" tasted amazing, wasn't hot and all the flavours worked well together with the rice and naan bread. "Mosman beef Curry" my parents had that and I tasted it aswell, it was blooming with flavour and hands down the best curry we've had in Hervey bay. "Crumbed fish" was also cooked nicely, with being tender and easy to cut up and eat. My great grandmother (85) was able eat it and didn't hurt her gums. Sadly no photos since it was a family night and couldn't be bothered...

Absolutely delicious food at Fish and Grill. We had a Fish Curry, Lamb Curry and a Butter Chicken. The fish is really fresh and the lamb curry was really amazing. The butter chicken was a little sweeter than what we are used to but it seems to just be what butter chicken is expected to be in Australia so that is par for the course.

Highly recommend this place. Big variety of food and based on all other recommendations seems to be good at what they do.
