This review is for the store in Stockland Earlville, QLD that has opened recently.
I have been there twice so far (first with a client and second with my family), and I have been impressed each visit (there'll definitely be more). Appearance-wise, it was definitely impressive and has a cozy feel. Clean and maintained well. As soon as customers leave, a staff member is on to cleaning up where they had just finished.
However, what really had me impressed was that in amongst the hustle and bustle of it all, each staff member took the effort to ensure that all customers were taken cared of well. They were very thorough with their hospitality and very genuine.
All the staff were attentive and handled the rush well. It's very easy to become stressed and overwhelmed in the busy environment, but everyone managed to maintain their composures and delivered fantastic service! All staff were kind and courteous and professional despite working under the pump!
When it comes to food - the quality is beautiful! Serving sizes are generous and very filling. The meals are presented beautifully - you can tell that someone took the effort to actually piece it properly despite under pressure - tops to the chef and cooking staff! Food is very tasty, and fresh! 100% for keeping the food tasting fresh guys! (I definitely recommend the Boston Cheese and Southern Fried Chicken burgers ;) ).
Good choice locality-wise also. Ah yes, tops to the Boss/Manager/s for the Earlville store also. Considering the struggles the team faces behind the scenes, they have still managed to operate successfully and maintain such a positive environment!
Overall, we are very satisfied with the service which we received from the Burger Urge Earlville store and will definitely recommend them to others. Thanks to the team there and wishing you...
Read moreWe were having our dinner with 2 kids and suddenly part of the ceiling fan fell on one of the kids head, he was injured and the staff couldn’t be more careless. They said that it’s not their responsibility and that it’s the mall’s responsibility although one of them said I told the manager many times that that fan needs maintenance.
THE PLACE IS NOT SAFE and sure the attitude of the staff is shameful.
I am sorry I don’t think further assistance is needed anymore, lucky you the kid is okay. But you should know that we were regular customers and we are not coming back anymore and this is because of the attitude of your place manager, I understand accidents can happen but it’s how your staff reacted that was incredibly frustrating and disappointing and even if the fan was the mall’s responsibility which is NOT as explained by mall management, we were your customers and a kid got hurt and none of your staff cared.
We visited the store on Friday 2/5/2025 at 6:00 pm and this experience was terrible to the kid and devastating to...
Read moreWent there as I've seen an advertisement for "australia's hottest burger", The Death Wish. Took onion rings with it, a Pepsi™ and as a precautionary countermeasure a vanilla shake. Started with some onion rings which were good, at first... Took a bite of the burger and the only thing I wished for was not to have tried it. THAT hot. Uneatable hot. Eyes full of tears and crying - hot. Nose running like a MF - hot. The onion rings after felt like glass in my mouth - hot. A single, but big sip of the vanilla shake did calmed it down for 10 seconds - hot. Not sleeping all night because of stomach pain - hot. Peeing (!!!) the next day turned into a burning sensation - hot. They do make you sign a disclaimer but it really should be more serious looking and emphasize the severity of the hotness. I did not finish the burger, had to leave ⅕ of the upper bun, cheese and patty. Will come back for the El diablo in hopes for it to be...
