Disappointing to see young staff arguing with a patron regarding regarding their order when it should have been a simple sorry from the staff and rectified quite simply. Simply by offering to have an item toasted afterwards should be common sense for wait staff to keep customers content and the customer was nit rude yet the young female witness reminded me of my 13 year olds attitude. Disappointing seeing this occur after many years of working in the same industry for over a decade to see staff lack care and effort in their role and wander whybthey do not earn suffice t tips or appreciation for their poor efforts.vecause they simply cannot cope with a busy period. Management should also be discussing this with the young staff member rhat it is not appropriate to argue with customers and it is part of their role to ensure the customers have a good experience not tarnish the establishments reputation. I’ve been a customer since they opened. Many years. Previously normally a pleasant experience. Staff were rude by looking away from me when they asked me to order and talked amongst themselves They therefore didn’t know what I said So they guessed. Took some attempts to ensure the worker understood what I said. Then I was served the simple pastry that required no preparation with a very long straight piece of hair on it identical to the worker at the cash register who was rude. Also it was unusual to be served my latte in a takeaway with a lid on it Even though other patrons had open mugs and over the years Ive never had a takeaway cup when dining in there. I was also stared at by the same worker as though there was something of concern. Did they do something else inappropriate, maybe also to my latte which was covered unusually with a lid? I’ve never had behaviour and contaminated food anything like this here...

Overpriced & underwhelming.

Stopped in for breakfast and won't be back. $6 to add avo or pumpkin. Wild. The addition of steak was an incredibly small, disappointing portion. Food was bland and I'm not sure that the scrambled eggs contained actual fresh cracked eggs.

We ordered 3 coffees, 2 came out in cups, 1 in a mug, when we enquired we were told that's what we ordered (even though we had ordered 3 FWs, the only difference was the milk) & that they're the same price....which doesn't make any sense. The coffee order was also made on the wrong milk.

FOH staff weren't overly pleasant, which I've experienced here before and thought it was a one off, however, it seems to be the norm.

The table also wasn't set so we needed to ask for salt, pepper, cutlery & napkins.

Left feeling disappointed at how hard it seems to get a simple breakfast experience right, especially when charging over $90 for 3 plates...
