BEWARE PEOPLE, I went through the drive through at ( The INTERSECTION, shop d/801-807 Ruthven ST, Toowoomba City 4350 ) around 4.25pm Tuesday 9th of August. I ordered from the drive thru I ordered a ( ham and turkey footlong sub on white bread and a footlong teriyaki sub on Italian herb and cheese ) when I got home the ham and turkey was on Italian herb and cheese bread. I then drove back to the store after I called the store and spoke to (employee) River. I walked into the store and said I just spoke to you on the phone and give him the ham and turkey subway I ordered, he then walked out the back with it after giving me attitude that I didn’t deserve as they made the wrong subway. I was waiting to have the new subway made at the front counter but instead another customer got served and left the store before the new subway was made in store where apparently the drive thru section is. I was not told that’s where he was making it. Unsatisfied with his attitude towards me I was worried he had spit in my food or something dodgy happened to my subway where I could not see him make the new one. I asked him if he can make it in front of me or give me a full refund. He returned with (employee) River and Emily and refused to give me a refund or make the subway in front of me. I am discussed at how River and Emily had looked down at me and refused to make the new subway in front of me. I then told him to keep the subway he made with Emily and asked for my receipt so I could make a complaint. After leaving the store I had to go to another subway store and buy another subway. I would like a apology and a refund. Worried about what happened to my subway I am considering contacting fair training and the health department. Not only was this a bad experience but driving to the store then home then back to the store then home to collect more money then to another store then home again was almost 2 hours of my time. Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at the Subway located at The INTERSECTION, Shop D/801-807 Ruthven St, Toowoomba City QLD 4350 on 27th September 2024 at around 6:45 PM.
My friend and I ordered two Veggie Delight rolls and customized our veggies as usual. When we reached the payment counter, the amount was incorrect. Upon asking for clarification, the worker said he had added extra cheese, which we never requested. When we pointed this out, he became rude and aggressive, even telling us to "not piss him off and leave the shop."
Shocked by his behavior, I reminded him that he was representing a brand, but he refused to provide his name when I asked. Even after I paid the correct amount, he refused to bag the rolls, telling me to do it myself. When I asked for a contact number to register a complaint, he refused, claiming he was both the manager and supervisor of the store.
This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone claiming to be in charge. I've been a loyal customer of this Subway, but after this experience, I feel completely let down by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. Very...

She was EXTREMELY RUDE, rushing me and had the hide to roll her eyes at me and have annoyed body language (pretty much throwing the salad around- pretty sure most of it went on the bench and floor then on the sandwich) when I asked for extra of a couple of things as she put barely any of the salad stuff on. As a previous subway employee in the past I'm aware that she wouldn't have been even putting on the minimum that they require. She also over charged me and somebody else had to fix her error as she wouldn't give me a receipt. I also asked for a toasted sub. It was soggy and barely toasted and when she wrapped it, it was completely squashed. My 5 year old niece could have done a better job. The salad bar was also extremely dirty and was quite disappointing as subway is meant to be fresh... I would give a 3 rating (overall I can deal with a squashed sandwich) but the fact it was soggy and her customer service was APPALLING I give it a 1. Extremely disappointed and wouldn't even be game to try their drive through. I doubt I'll even go back...
