Cafe 63 — Restaurant in Queensland

Pre booked a table for 10 for a pre Christmas Lunch with friends. The booking was missed when I arrived but the Manager could not have been more helpful. The staff that looked after us were very attentive and their customer service was fantastic. They have an enormously HUGE Menu. So much to choose from. The food, OMG was devine. Can definitely recommend the Cherry Blossom - grilled barra with a slight drizzle of dressing and maccadamia nuts, atop of a yummy coleslaw with just the right amount of dressing. The iced late was lovely and the kids followed their lunch with icecream topped with shaved chocolate and fresh raspberries. Very reasonable prices for the size of the meals. Will definitely be back❣️ Would definitely recommend booking a table if you want to be inside the restaurant in the aircon. They do have tables outside under umbrellas and also in the shopping centre corridor. The only negative would be that the public toilets are down stairs and can be a bit of a walk if you have someone with mobility issues or kids, but once you know, you can manage things. Busy atmosphere. Looked promising, however took a long time to be seated even though we could see tables available. When seated the table hadnt been cleaned properly and we then waited 25 minutes or so before I eventually had to go find a waiter to take our order, the waiter also seemed annoyed i had done so. I orded a BLT, when it arrived I had received and ham and cheese toasted sandwich. I then waited another 10 minutes to receive the correct order but looked like it had been chucked together with no care. The toast was not even buttered and there was no kind of dressing or sauce which i had asked for which left it completely dry, i paid 16 dollars for it and it barely looked like it was worth 8 dollars. My kids pancakes were dry and came with nothing but a small pot of syrup (no fruit or extras as we get at most places) . Our food and drinks were delivered sporadically and not even close to the same time. If you like good food and good service, definitely avoid this particular branch of cafe 63, will never be going back. bad service,...

I took a client here at 10.30am on a Tuesday. It was very busy and we got a table near the door to the shopping centre. The huge area made it quite loud. I may have noticed it more as I was with a hearing impaired person. There are big umbrellas outside but it was very muggy on that day and not nice outside. My client had a Beef burger and chips (fries). He said it was very nice. His mango smoothie was nice but not as good as other places nearby. I had fried chicken. It was one piece of boneless chicken, resembling a schnitzel. I enjoyed it. The chips looked and tasted the same as MacDonald's. They were hot and nice enough. I prefer a thick cut chip, but these were about as good as fries get. I also had american lemonade. I think they call it QE2 or something like that. It was delicious. My client wants to go back next time. I would like to try some other things...
