Service was quiet but very friendly, the gentleman serving me was lovely. Stated that the wait time would be 20-25 minutes which was actually more like 15-20 (great!). Cheerful farewell to boot.
Atmosphere - as this was a takeaway, I can't fully comment but the restaurant appeared clean and organised, if in need of a little refresh due to age. A/C was functional, unlike some subcontinental venues that elect to leave it off.
Food - Goat Bhuna, garlic naan and jeera rice. The Bhuna was pleasantly spiced, and had a texture more consistent with a home cooked meal which rates well with me - many outlets serve an overly smooth gravy which I personally dislike as it feels artificial. That said, Bhuna is a dry curry - this was drowned in gravy which I found peculiar. The goat was cooked well.

I recently ordered Lamb Sindhi, Punjabi Chicken, Garlic Naan, and Tandoori Chicken for the first time, and I am absolutely spellbound!
Punjabi Chicken: Cooked to absolute perfection with just the right balance of spices and heat—not overly hot, just perfect. The flavors were authentic and spot-on!
Lamb Sindhi: Tender, flavorful, with a delightful hint of sourness. The lamb was perfectly cooked without any trace of the usual lamb smell—it was simply delicious!
Garlic Naan: Soft, fresh, and perfectly cooked—not doughy or hard like most takeaway naans. It was light, fluffy, and just divine.
Tandoori Chicken: Packed with flavor and beautifully cooked. What stood out was the absence of unnecessary artificial red food coloring, making it feel authentic and classic.
Everything was so thoughtfully prepared—it’s clear the chefs put their heart and soul into their dishes. This has become my new go-to place for Indian food!...

Hey, I realise that an eatery business such as Curry 'N Spice want to make sure that the food is well preserved, BUT I'm nearly 100% certain that heavily salting food stopped being a legitimate preserving practice since the advent of the refrigerator. For a small spotters fee I'd be happy to take the owners of Curry 'N Spice on a personalised tour of all the available Electrical & Appliance stores in Toowoomba, and I'm super confident that we'd find a suitable fridge solution. No more heavily salting food, otherwise my high blood pressure will likely motivate me to write a second review ... with 1/2 a star. Please don't...
