I really like the long black here. The food is especially delicious, with the smoked salmon bagel being a standout. I've also tried other drinks like the flat white and matcha latte, and they were very tasty. I lived in Townsville for about four months, and I visited this place many times. If I ever have the chance to come back to Townsville, I will definitely visit again.

Good coffee and their breakfast burrito is delicious but it is filling. Constant stream of happy customers when i was there, and noting a few other negative reviews I only waited 6 minutes for my order. Nice little spot for a sit in the breezeway and to read their newspaper, which wasn't the terrible Townsville Bulletin, so bonus points for that too

Great little local coffee shop with truly fabulous homemade food & very, very reasonable prices. They don’t stint on servings sizes at all. We had the mandarin cake, which was to ‘die for’. YUM SCRUM!! Super moist cake with fresh cream & mandarin slices on top. Great coffee & lovely friendly service. No inside seating unfortunately. Little bit noisy with cars & delivery trucks coming & going. But, that’s a minor thing compared to all the pluses of this wonderful little establishment. We r locals & recommend it highly. I heard my name called and observed an item reflecting what I’d ordered being placed on the counter. As I went to collect it, I was sternly told off by the employee behind the counter for trying to collect my order from the wrong counter, I can’t recall her exact words. It caught me off guard, other customers watched this happen, one even made a comment, they seemed a little shocked as well. It was embarrassing and a completely unnecessary.
