Domino's Pizza Kirwan — Restaurant in Queensland

Ordered at 7:02pm, by 8:05pm tried to call them. No one answered until 8:50pm. I was told that there were delays and lots of orders so it’ll be another 45 minutes (9:35pm). That’s somewhat fine, we can wait a little bit more. Pizzas arrived at 10:24 - 3 hours and 22 minutes after ordering and more than double that 45 minutes extra we were told. The store is 3.2km away, I could have walked there, gotten the order, walked back, eaten it and even done a second trip in the time it took.

Cannot fault the lad dropping them off. From the driver tracker he was absolutely slammed delivering to half of Condon. He’s a genuine credit to the store. He’s the only reason why I’m comfortable with the one star minimum required to leave this review.

3 of the pizzas arrived as ordered, as did all the sides. The cheese pizza however had no sauce whatsoever on it. Called back the store and the girl who answered the phone all but outright accused me of lying about the sauce - apparently she was the one to make it. She was rude and abrupt with her “well do you want another or do you want a refund” and hung up when I said I’d want another one remade - who eats pizza without the sauce??

Credit again to the lad who initially delivered the order, he had the remade pizza and was back on our doorstep in 15 minutes. That fella needs a raise because he’s clearly the one out there sorting the mistakes of some of his coworkers.

And just in case the girl on the phone who made the pizza wants proof, I’ve attached a photo of the sauce less pizza. Perhaps next time instead of making out like a customer is lying - you should perhaps take it on the chin that maybe, just maybe you were in the wrong. Yes, the customer isn’t always right, but they’re not...

Usually decent service. But i had to post this review as i am currently on a call to them for the 11th time in a row, after my husband tried calling them twice also. We called up previously and were told they didnt want to do our order, and they transferred us to a store that was closed. Obviously this resulted in our call being ended. We are now trying to call them back and ask them to do our order - as we have ordered from them every other time and were confused why they wouldnt do so now. They are ignoring our calls. Quite deliberately and literally ignoring our phone numbers and letting our calls go to voice mail. They are open for another half an hour, and they were open for an hour when we originally called them. They are not answering, and they transferred our call previously due to pure laziness and not wanting to do another order. This is very upsetting and has caused great frustration for us. We have contacted corporate and intend on doing more about this. We understand that it can be frustrating to get a call an hour before closing, but irregardless this was their time and they need to adhere to it. After having my last review deleted as it expresses the reality of management staff and the store in general I thought I would place another review due to another terrible experience last night. Re-cap on my last review: disgusting customer service multiple remakes of pizza due to incompetence credits for pizzas not honoured as they have apparently already been used which is untrue. Stays at hospital due to food poisoning with the last incident after making changes to pizza was argued with by staff members telling me if they do not read orders properly and therefore do not make pizzas properly and it either hospitalised someone or kills them their care factor is 0.

Last night I return to get pizza for the family not myself (as I will never eat pizza from thus store again) with credits I know are under my name/number just to be told they could not do this as credits had been used and even if they weren't they still wouldn't as their wasn't a manager in duty and blatantly refused my service and walked away from the counter ignoring my existence in the store. It is absolutely disgusting behaviour not just from the store though from the domino's brand in general. If I could give zero stars or...
