Definitely a noticeable decline in customer service, quality of food and efficiency. Oporto use to be my go to whenever I go to willows albeit not often but I would always eat there. Today I waited close to 20 minutes for a basic burger and chips, the chicken was pink the large chips was 3/4’s full and by the time I got my food my wife had already finished her lunch from another shop in the food court.
