Reply: This kind of generic, copy-paste response is exactly the problem. I already contacted you Dominos Westridge. I’ve been ignored twice and instead of fixing the issue properly, you’re now sending me in circles with “call the store” or “try again.”
Don’t act like you want feedback if you’re just going to brush people off with scripted replies and no actual accountability.
Review: Ordered a Value Pepperoni pizza on the 4th of August. It came undercooked. I also got to enjoy watching the delivery driver sit in one spot on the tracker for ages before she finally decided to head my way.
So I submit a complaint. Farisha replies and gives me a Traditional range voucher. I reply back, clearly saying I only eat Pepperoni (Value or Value Max range).
Then Dania steps in and gives me a Premium range voucher which I literally said I don’t eat. I follow up again to clarify… and Dania just ignores me. Not once. Twice.
So thanks, Domino’s Westridge. Not just for the raw dough, but for showing me exactly how little you read or care about customer’s and their feedback. Really...

I rang dominoes and spoke to Myles he said it was going to be a 40 minute wait for replacement food so I said I would come in and I did. I got there and spoke to Myles and asked if he would serve this to a customer and he didn’t say anything back. They replaced 1 pizza and a side but left 1 other pizza out I ask where the second pizza was he said that I didn’t say anything about the second pizza (I did) then Myles said he will replace it now I asked for the other pizza and side to go in the hot box because they will get cold waiting for the second pizza and myles replied that he didn’t care. Read moreJust picked up a pizza that was not what we ordered, had wrong base and crust, paid for extra things added to it that we didn't receive. Had an extra sauce added ontop that was not requested. When we went back straight away (didn't leave carpark), the order was read back, the manager offered to simply put bbq sauce over the top of the pizza instead of replacing the wrong order. Another staff member shook their head and laughed as they witnessed the exchange, while their manager referred to the board and simply told us to check the ingredients (because we mentioned there was a dietary issue here) instead of rectifying what had gone wrong. As far as I recall the customer is always right, especially when it's obvious there is an issue here that needs to be fixed.
