I enjoy the food from Noodle box - no complaints there. However if you want to have a meal home delivered - its a frustrating debacle of soul destroying idiocy that will forever deter fmy future custom. All the sotre - they advise you for home delivery you must order through there Concept 8 phone App. If you want to make changes to the order - such as change the meat you have to pay more through the app than if you ordered at the store and requested the meat or whatever be changed for something else. There are no Gluten free options in the app menu - my step dad is a coeliac so gluten free is essential. I called the store about the gluten free issue and they said If I wanted my food delivered - I had to order it through the app - then call the store to change the order to meet my needs. Defeats the purpose of the app - and begs the question -why I can't just call the store and order the food for delivery in the first place Apart from the above stupidity - The app itself is not easy to navigate. I HAVE BEEN EATING SEAFOOD LAKSA HERE AT NOODLE BOX FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS CURRENTLY $14.95. DUE TO WORK SITES AROUND TOWN WHERE I WORK I HAVE TRIED MI NOODLES NORTHPOINT $11.50 NOODLE MAGIC CHINESE $13.50. LAST NIGHT WHEN I PICKED UP MY SEAFOOD LAKSA IT WAS WRAPPED IN THE NORMAL BROWN BAG WHICH IS STAPLED. I WALKED UP TO THE END OF THE COUNTER TO COLLECT A FORK & SPOON.. NO SPOONS. I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE A SPOON TO BE TOLD THERE WILL BE A SPOON IN THE BAG I INSISTED ON A SPOON WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM UNDER THE COUNTER AND HANDED TO ME. WHEN I GOT TO WORK AND OPENED THE BROWN BAG THERE WAS A FORK AND CHOPSTICKS (NO SPOON) WHILE EATING MY DINNER I DISCOVERED THERE WAS 1 SMALL PRAWN SEVERAL TINY ONES LOTS OF TOFU MORE THAN I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN THE PAST AND THE SKINS ONLY OF SEAFOOD EXTENDER. Ordered via the app, they also run under another name "Double Dragon Dumplings".

For $16, I got a really small box. Their price gouging is insane. Other times, they put too much rice and not enough vegetables, meat and gravy.

Give your local Asian shops a try - they are much better value for money. Noodle Box no longer cares.

Edit: Well you say that "Our team is always trying its best to improve, so we appreciate your feedback", what changes are you making ? Clearly, I am not the first one, read other reviews. Always we are throwing extra rice away, and I provided this feedback before too. Nothing has changed. Stop pretending and lying. Own it and say, sorry, our profits are not enough. So we need to raise the price......etc. People who don't want to buy it at that price, won't. But don't make false claims and pretend to care,...
