Thoroughly disappointing tonight. 3 fish of the day, 2 crumbed, 1 battered. The crumbed was really thin. I get the tail is the thinner side, but that shouldn’t have been sellable, and gray, why does the crumbed look gray?Battered wasn’t much better, dirty taste and smallest serve of chips, the spring rolls had started to unravel and come apart in the fryer, if they’re thick, zap them for 2 minutes first. The salad tasted as if it had been sitting next to something in the cold room, and what’s going on with the coleslaw? mix the dressing through the slaw then portion it, don’t mix up 2 day old slaw and then spoon the dressing on top, and chuck a lid on. Did you store it upside down in the fridge ? because it burst out and ended up on the floor soon as I opened it, someone's been cutting corners. we came here in February for Meg’s birthday it was great, what’s happened? $60...

I got a barramundi dinner pack with chips & 2 salads, spring roll, dim sim, & pineapple fritter for $22.40. The coleslaw was great, looks house made & was infinitely better than say, the KFC standard. Garden salad was well, just garden salad; not sure if there was dressing but I don't think so. Chips are actually crunchy so a plus for me but depends what you like. The online ordering process was super simple & straightforward. No complaints but I would suggest that they hire some more staff as the place is obviously very popular & there were more than a few people waiting. Also, the prices are so cheap I would've been happier paying significantly more to get a bigger cut of fish. But I'm a big eater & ate the whole lot in a few minutes. The service was the only good thing. The fish was not cooked properly we got 0ne battered it was dripping of oil half missing the batter and the other two crumbed well if you could call it crumbed, the sea food stick was not even cooked at all the potato scallops where just dripping with oil and not battered properly with the oil dripping from the scollops they looked sponges , the chips looked very yellow in colour and looked terrible but they did taste ok. The meal was the worst fish and chip meal I have ever had in my life and recommend no one ever go there very high chance of getting food poisoning. But this is a shame because it was once one of my favourite fish and chip shops but it was 12 months ago that I had been there...
