I'm not really a burger person but I had to try it since its the first store outside of Victoria.

Loaded fries and onion rings were really good! I don't think i've ever had onion rings as good as these before. Cheese sauce on the loaded fries made it taste so much better! Fried chicken burger was juicy and flavourful. Great addition with the coleslaw and spicy sauce that comes with the burger to round up the flavours. Had a bit of a wait but its understandable as they just opened and a lot of people are trying it. I work in fast food too and there is only so much a team can do to push out orders so i completely understand!

Honestly, didn't mind waiting at all as food was fresh out the grill and hot when i picked it up. Service by the young lady was excellent as she helped explain the menu in detail. Will definitely be back for another go; waffle with fried chicken and the mushroom burger sounds delicious!

Wait time was estimated at 45 minutes when I placed my order, and to their credit ended up being 47 minutes before I received my order. Unfortunately quite a few limitations. It was clear the kitchen was top heavy with green staff, almost all juniors. Unfortunately the "managers" didn't appear to be giving much guidance or mentoring to these young staff - to the point of not intervening even when the poor cashier was receiving abuse from customers. Golden rule of opening a new franchise - have some senior staff sailing the ship even if you poach them from the competition.

Loaded fries were comparatively expensive and unimaginative. Burgers were simple but prepared well - unfortunately overpriced for the size (small) and slow service. For the same price I can visit the local Burger Urge less than a kilometre away with far quicker service, along with larger and more flavourful burgers (and a dine in option). Sorry guys, you're behind the competition in price, product and service - hopefully you can turn this...

Never written a review before, but being told 25minutes and then waiting 50 minutes only to be given cold burgers and cold fries for the price is extremely disappointing. They were struggling to keep up with orders of onion rings which is what held our order up and when we got them they were under seasoned and every second onion ring had a large chunk of flour in it (not that hard to make a batter without lumps). Wish I could find something redeeming about it but the food was average, the patties nothing special and all of the staff looked lost and confused. I know they are only a recently opened store, I'm sure they will get there but opening a store you need to invest time in ensuring your staff can handle a busy store otherwise wait till they can.

Also a couple of heat lamps would eliminate the issue of cold food...
