Random guy must be husband of coffee lady was allowed behind counter to serv himself from hot box using only his bare hands and even picked up a crumbed sausage to sniff it, he knocked the tongues off the counter and picked them off the floor looking around to see if he was seen before putting them back with the foods. Also the cook was making steak sandwiches then walked to the service counter to talk to his gf while rubbing and wiping his nose before returning to make the sandwiches without washing hands.🤮 The 2 young lady's working the counter were very nice with great customer service, unfortunate they have to work there, they were also shaking their heads in disbelief. Terrible coffee and unhygienic sandwiches now...

Elders have enjoyed the service, food and coffee at Dorney's since the new owners took over management. We enjoy the friendly staff and exceptional service. We make large last minute orders for team meetings that we did again today during peak service. We were greeted with a smile and the coffee was great. They can make platters last minute. Nothing we have asked for they have not accommodated or they have denied. Thank you again for today, we appreciate you helping us back to our office with our large order. Highly recommended. They are fantastic....

Always look forward to donuts on a Saturday. Today though there was a very angry young lady behind the counter being rude to other staff, slamming things around and telling ustomers they had to wait while she filled other orders to see if they could buy donuts. Really off-putting and unpleasant and ao unnecessary. I was shocked by her bad behaviour, all the other girls...
