Fika Cafe is a sweet cafe in the gorgeous Noosa Hinterland town of Cooroy. From the always delicious and superbly prepared and cooked food, to the best chai latte, to the staff who are always so well mannnered and willing to accommodate food sensitivities,(yes gluten and dairy free are readily catered for), to the ambience of both indoor and outdoor dining with modern local art adding to the light and welcoming styling. I have been meaning to go here for a long time and I wish now I had gone earlier. I ordered the Poke Bowl which was a bit left field for me. However when I see the cafes name before a dish (in this case Fika Poke Bowl) I generally give it a try as it sounds like their signature dish. I can categorically say that I was not disappointed. There were just so many flavours in the bowl that all worked together and I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. To add to the great food, the staff were just so friendly.
