This is by far the S H I TT I E ST Hungry's I've ever been to. Thes T U R D S can't even get the basics right. Ordered 2 x large big jacks and an additional 2 medium chips. Was quoted the correct price and we're like cool, let's drive through.
Here's where the fun begins, effin 30 mins in the drive through. Seriously what the F? Clearly they either don't know how to run a fast food business or they are literally making everything from scratch.
Interestingly there was a snail in my bonnet that was screaming at us to slow the F down because we were going to fast.
Finally the attendant comes and gives us our meals and we questioned about the additional chips and she opened the bag and said yep they're in there.
YOU ALL KNOW WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN WHEN WE GET HOME.
Not only did we not get the large chips that we ordered as part of the meal we were only given the medium chips. So flat out $5 out of effin pocket.
No problem, we will call the store and let them know. Straight to message bank. Clearly they get a lot of complaints because I've never encountered this before at any other fast food joint.
Surely the franchisee must be aware of their awesome 2.3 star rating and must be doing everything in their power to have it plummet to 0.1.
I think the best part of the internet is I got to have a rant, but the worst part is that no one will bother to reach out.

Read moreDon’t know who the owner is and probably a really good person but the management/ costumer services here would be the worst I’ve experienced. Went to the restaurant around 9:40. We ordered our food and when we got to the window, we were told to wait in the waiting bay and that’s fine. But we weren’t told why or how long. 20 minutes go by and still nothing. So we went back to the window and we finally got our food. When we drove off and looked into the bag we had a burger and chips missing, so we drove back to the window as you would. When we got to the window the manger came and asked “ what do you want? We’re closed “ in very rude tone. So we told her what had happened. And she proceeded to tell us very aggressively “you paid for what we got now just leave and go “ which was true. We had paid for what we had in the bag but that wasn’t our order. So my friend who was driving asked her” why are you giving us an attitude “ and she just told up the volume and told us that she can make it worst . and that we shouldn’t come in before they closed and the point of past food was to come before. Like they didn’t just take our order. We told her. You could have told us, and we were happy to go somewhere else if that was the case. But it’s cool because I’ve it on video too. Read moreWe had a very unpleasant experience here today. When we got to the counter, we saw a female employee scrolling on her phone. She looked right at us but made no move to take our order.
After a couple of minutes, a senior staff member who looked like a manager came over and spoke to her, which led to an argument between them. Still, the employee refused to help us. Finally, another staff member who was preparing food finished her task and came over to take our order. She told us it would be about a five-minute wait.
We went to the restroom and came back out to wait. After about seven or eight minutes, we noticed our order number had disappeared from the display screen, but our food hadn't been called. We went to the counter to ask, and the first employee impatiently told us that she had already called our number more than ten times. This was impossible, as we had been waiting in the area the entire time after leaving the restroom. It was clear she had simply canceled our number. She finally gave us our food, but the whole situation left us feeling incredibly unhappy and disrespected.
