This place is a walking health code violation. Hungry Jack’s Southside isn’t just bad—it’s a crime scene against tastebuds and basic human decency. Their supply chain is so rancid, I’m convinced they’re pulling ingredients from a skip out back. Food safety? Ha! You’re more likely to get food poisoning than a hot meal. The service is so slow, my grandma’s ghost could’ve crawled out of her grave, taken a lap around the block, and still beaten these clowns to the counter. The chips? Dead, cold, and greasier than a used car salesman’s handshake. They tasted like they’d been sitting in a puddle of despair since last Christmas. The burger was a tragic mess—only the lettuce wasn’t an insult, and that’s because it was the only thing not reheated from the Jurassic era. The patty? I’d rather chew cardboard. Ice cream and drinks? A melted, sugary swamp that looked like it was served with a side of regret. I’m pretty sure the cup was sweating more than the staff. Speaking of the staff, they moved like they were auditioning for a sloth documentary. Zero care, zero hustle, and I’d bet my left kidney their underwear’s cleaner than the kitchen. This place is a biohazard wrapped in a soggy bun. If you want to throw your money into a black hole of cold, inedible garbage, be my guest—but you’d get a better meal rummaging through a bin. Hungry Jack’s Southside is a hard no. Save yourself the misery and eat literally...

So awesome to be able to come here to Rocky at times when away from airlie and travelling to be able to enjoy a normal fresh proper sized whopper and proper filled fries. With fries always filled properly to the top. Myself as well as virtually the whole town where I live; (cannonvale airlie beach) are absolutely totally over the lowest standard hungry jacks in Australia and such rude staff we have there. Cannonvale Virtually have no salad nor hardly any product on burgers, half empty fries every single time. I’ve seen a lot of hungry jacks stores but there are no other hungry hacks store as low, disgusting, rude nor so horribly dirty with 1/3 product and many times no salad or no product on their burgers. Cannonvale hungry jacks should be placed in capable hands or be shut down. So thankful to have a good hungry jacks stores like you guys that do it properly. It’s a shame you are so far away from where I live I can only get here a few times a year. Always a great friendly experience here when I’m here traveling to Rocky . Thank you so...

After being made to wait 15mins for the teller to find the manager to correct an error in our order (caused by the fact that they had advertised a product that was no longer available, but this was not revealed until after the order had been rung up) she finally took the correct order. 10 mins later we were served our burgers, unfortunately they were so dry and devoid of mayo/sauce and lettuce was non existent..they were pretty unpalatable and none of us were able to finish our burgers. We ended up throwing them away as we were travelling and unable to return to the store to demand rectification.

A complaint made on the official Hungry Jacks site included a tick to the 'would you like us to contact you re guarding your complaint' box has not resulted and any contact being made despite my stating that i was not after a refund or a replacement, just an explanation.
