The girl at the drive through yelled my order to my face. Thrust the eftpos device at me and then as soon as it beeped, closed the window and turned away. She then proceeded to ignore me while I sat there waiting to ask for my receipt and only turned back around once her manager saw me waving for her attention. The girl only came back to the window because she was told to. I asked for my receipt - of course annoyed by now. She said nothing, reprinted the receipt, no apology. I mentioned that she should finish serving customers before turning her back on them and then she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me and scoff. I understand, it's Hungry Jacks. But when you're paying almost $40 for two meals, you would want reasonable service. I spoke to the Assistant Manager about it who apologised for the situation and advised that the girl would be spoken to... I'm sorry if I'm wrong here, but I have little faith anything will change. The lovely girl who handed us our food at the second window was wonderful. Offering a friendly greeting, passing the food out and wishing us well. We entered the Hungry Jack's sitting area and found rubbish and mess almost everywhere, needed to walk around to find a clean enough table and chairs to sit at. All the staff members were behind the kitchen area and none of them was cleaning the dining area.

We order two different orders, the first time we got notified the order was ready and the second we weren't notified and it was an ice cream which was sitting there on the serving bench for some time before we decided to go and check. The food generally was fine.

There was no greeting from a young male staff member when he came towards us and he started to spray cleaning detergent onto the table where we were eating. I had to remove my good away from the table to another, so he could continued to clean the table.

I went to HJ Willows kirwan to pick up my online order tonight, I have encountered a very disrespectful female staff. She shook her head and rolled her eyes to me when I follow up my drinks. I WAS DISGUSTED with her gestures, the old lady standing beside me also said she was rude to her too. I don' t know whats going on to her mental state tonight why she was rude to us, but still as a paying customers we deserve to be treated nicely. I did get her name because she not wearing a name badge, she was the packer that time, 7pm. Shes around 5ft tall, brown hair, no hat, wearing a lousy all black HJ shirt with no badge and only mouth was covered by a face mask. I like the burger in HJ compared to McDonald's.
