Worst customer service experience!! My friend ordered me a chia pudding. I took one bite. It was OFF. Not just “not to my taste” but literally FIZZY. He took it back, was met with a huge fuss that it couldn’t possibly be off. Why would we lie about that? If it wasn’t off, I obviously would’ve eaten it. It was very reluctantly exchanged for a Bircher muesli, which was also off! Clearly something wrong with their refrigeration. Because they were so rude, he didn’t want to go back in so I went in, immediately the blonde woman was rude to me before I could even say anything she was glaring and shaking her head at me. She refused to give our money back for a product that was inedible, accused me of lying, only offered to exchange it for more of the same batch of off food. No thankyou. I admit in the end I was rude back to her as I was accused of lying which I do apologise for but seriously the worst service ever. I’m honestly appalled. Spent $13 and left with nothing but anxiety and a bad taste in my mouth. Not even worth the 1 star but there is no 0...

Coffee and cakes are amazing. But I have to say I went here today with my 2 kids, my sister and our 90 year old nan. when we ask the young girl if we could please have a menu she turned around and said “ they are over there if u want one “and pointed to where the coffee counter is. We were so shocked with the attitude that she had towards us. It was just a simple question. a lady over heard it and kindly gave us her menu she was no longer using. Then I went in to order and 3mums were inside with there prams waiting for their order and they we told to wait outside with the prams as they were in the way. Like really I had a pram but mine was out side with family but still so many mum/dads go in to shops or cafes with prams what r they ment to do leave the babies/kids out side in the prams? There was no need for this girl to so rude to so many people with in 20 minuets all...

My mother went here yesterday and both of the burgers (one beef and one chicken) were raw in the middle. She complained (only because they were inedible) and said she didn’t need a refund and only wanted a cup of tea and a muffin because she was very hungry. The manager proceeded to pull apart the burgers in front of her with no gloves on and tell her to request the burger be “cooked through” next time because it was 100% ground beef! She wasn’t offered milk with her tea or anything despite the initial ~$40 cost of the raw burgers. Very rude service and although I see a lot of great reviews of this place, this was the first and last time either of us will return.
