I’m pretty disappointed when I ordered a thick shake that I received something more of flavoured milk. I don’t think I would even call it a milk shake as it was just milk with the ice cream of my choice flavour to it. I know this isn’t just a one time thing because I’ve ordered a thick shake before and all the times I receive a flavoured milk style drink. I’m not sure if they’re adding to much milk or what the go is since I don’t know how they’re trained to make a thick shake but I hope this can be fixed as I would really love a good thick shake with a wide range of ice creams on offer. To end on a positive note, I still ended up drinking it as you can see in the photos and the customer service was absolutely amazing and the girls were very polite and even brought the drink out to me. Read moreEdit: used to be great. Lately they don’t seem to be able to provide anything except ice cream in less than 30 mins. Bit ridiculous that they put sugar all over the banana bread (which was also served half warm half cold). Very off putting. The last few times had to clear the tables ourselves. And serviettes provided were wet so had to grab more, which is such a waste. Prices are getting pretty steep as well for what you get.
Juliette’s is a nice little coffee shop, located in a great spot right on the strand frontage.
Lots of little sweets, good coffees, and a variety of ice creams flavours that always rotating - including a few vegan sorbets.
Always seems to be a line up for ice cream no matter the time of day or year.
Perfect to sit out the front or grab takeaway and go for a walk...

They don't have prices listed anywhere, so I asked before I ordered how much it would cost me, then when I go to pay they added on an extra charge! When I asked about the charge, he went straight into a sob story about how it costs them money to have an eftpos machine. Yeah, and? Should I also include a surcharge for your electricity bill?? That should all be included in the price. No payment option is free for any business. Cash doesn't magically count itself at the end of the day, and store itself in a free safe, then take itself to the bank at the end of the week, then coins just fly back to the business when you are running low! All these costs are the costs of doing business, and therefore should be in the price...
