KFC Bundaberg — Restaurant in Queensland

Rude staff, slow service. The two girls behind the counter were more concerned with chatting instead of serving. I waited for half an hour to receive my meal which was ready and sitting in front of me behind the counter because the girl putting it together walked away and didn't finish it. All that needed to happen was it needed to be bagged. Meanwhile as I waited other people who came after me were recriving their orders before me and other customers became annoyed having to wait to even be served as counters were completely unattended! When I asked the girl behind the counter to hurry up for the second time, she yelled at me and made eccuses , she then SHOVED the meal in the bag. My meal was cold when I got it home and the chips were soggy. This is not the 1st time I have experienced rudeness at this store. The last time was over me wanting to swap a soft drink for a pop top for my son's meal. It's not the 1st time but it will be the last because I will not go back to this store again. There were several solutions to the so called issue of not having the right sized bags for my meal, but making a customer stand and wait and then raising your voice at them is not...

Waiting for over an hour in a drive through, just to be told that there is another half hour wait as they had run out of chicken. We did not have time to wait, and explained that to staff, we had an appointment to get to. Instead of clearing the drive through and getting people to park in the carpark, staff kept everyone waiting in the drive through until the chicken was ready. we were stuck behind 5 cars and could not get out. Missed an appointment we will never have the opportunity to get again. No-one would have minded waiting, if they were asked to however no one was given the opportunity to leave. This is very poor management of a drive through. Staff have a very no care attitude, management is even worse. If they receive large orders, the large orders are made to wait while smaller orders are processed, there have been several times when there has been a que of angry customers waiting on their larger orders while smaller ones get processed first. I have witnessed several complaints from people waiting over an hour be made to management and they just do not...

Went to kfc last night (23/06) for dinner went through the drive through I asked for original crispy burger box there was a wait for the chicken for the burger I said I will wait then the girl who was on the drive through said they can do the zinger burger instead I said no I can’t eat spicy food got to the window to pay for it she said original bacon and cheese burger box I said no crispy burger box so they changed it out then when I paid for it got charged for the bacon and cheese meal so I left it at that I went back tonight 24/06 I ordered large chips regular potato and gravy with a regular drink $16.35 later got the chips and drink bit no potato and gravy I think I might have to go back tonight east kfc or make contact with the area manager that is really piss poor service, first time that’s just bad luck but twice in a row come on how hard is it and also I have told the area manager about both store not putting in the cutlery (wet and dry wipes, spoon) please rectify these issues before I take it to the area...
