I was told there were no zinger pieces and only 3 original pieces left. I order the three original pieces and other items before driving through. Then they told me they had sold one of the pieces and the remaining were both wings. Substituted what was told were large strips. Strips were tiny, 32g and all chicken had been cooked a long long time ago and cold. Additionally the chips were very soft and the two chocolate mouses I paid for were not in the bag. Even the bun as part of the meal had a finger hole in it and I had to ask for replacement drinks as the ones I got were warm. Had to wait about 15 minutes for my food. I did not mind at all because my order was perfect, and I can see the staff triple checked all orders to ensure they were right.
Other people would have complained for that time ot took, but for me, I'd rather wait to get quality.
I can be picky that they maybe could have smiled more, maybe could have made better eye contact, acknowledged all waiting customers- but for these teenagers, I'm happy that they focussed on accuracy and quality.
They worked well as a team, and I'm sure with a little more development, this will be the top KFC location...
