Always beautiful pizzas & large variety to choose from. Great location and Esplanade view. Definitely recommend booking ahead. Disappointments were : even though booked online, the front of house computer did not seem to match our requests, nor another party behind us in the queue. There was a lengthy confusion from the staff as to what table we were allocated to sit at & told we could have that allocated table for the following hour, as it was then under a new booking, then we could move to the table next to us. We suggested the later booking could take the spare table next to us instead, so that we did not have to move, but that concept was too confusing for the young staff members. Thankfully we were left alone in the end and remained at our original table. We had hosted out of town guests last night, eager for them to enjoy your beautiful pizzas. They were delicious. It was rather embarressing, experiencing the standard of table service provided. The young staff constantly walked back into the restaurant empty handed, while our empty bottles and glasses grew in number on our table. Overall the professionalism of the young staff was quite poor. We did not receive any attention after our meals were delivered. I invited my friends to this restaurant and booked a table one day in advance for 7 adults and 1 child to ensure we had enough space for our gathering. However, when we arrived, we were given a table that was only suitable for 5 adults and 1 child. They simply pushed 7 chairs around two small square tables, which meant two of the adults didn’t have enough space for their food.

When I spoke to the staff and requested an additional square table to accommodate us properly, they refused and told us we could “squeeze” onto the table instead. To make matters worse, I noticed other groups with fewer people being given larger tables with more space.

This was incredibly disappointing as I had gone out of my way to book in advance specifically to avoid such issues. While the food was excellent, the customer service was very poor. I was 10% happy overall because the lack of attention to our needs ruined the experience, especially since I had invited my friends to enjoy a special...

AAAAAMMMAAAZZZZIIIINNNNGGGG !!!! We visited Hervey Bay overnight from the Sunny Coast and had no clue where to go for Dinner. Saw quite a few people at the restaurant so called as we drove by. Wow - possibly the best pizza we have ever tasted. The dough was crisp and cooked to perfection and the meat toppings including the sausage had the taste buds salivating with freshness - beautiful flavours from the freshest of ingredients. To top the night off we were greeted by the Chef/Owner himself who took the time to talk with us (his customers) and check if we enjoyed our food and experience. We sure did and we will be back. What fantastic service checking on his customers to ensure he's doing something right.
