McDonald's Townsville Lakes — Restaurant in Queensland

I beginning to wonder whether there is any point in giving. It seems that the message is not seen.

Again I found myself back at McDonald's Townsville Lakes, six weeks to my last visit and customer review and nothing has changed.

First of all, as we walked in everybody was running around like cooks with their heads cut off and pandemonium was fairly obvious.

Secondly, after waiting a while greeted by a young girl with a long-plated pigtail, the warmth on her face could be described.

As a resting pan face. On asking for help with the Macca's app, was met with the customary roll of the eyes.

Although she had to explain it again to my wife.

Thirdly, watching the pandemonium dance going on behind the counter, helped minimise the impact of the wait for our food.

Fourthly, as the uncollected orders began to line up. A large senior girl dressed in a supervises top.  Began shouting order numbers out. She would be great at a football match.

Fifthly, when I opened the bag to take my meal out. I found the chip container empty. As the chip had fallen out of the upside down container.

The words of What The Fudge, pasted over my lips, but it did stop there. Taking out the McCrispy Deluxe burger box. Only found that I had to reconstruct the burger. Cause the filling was no longer in the burger. What's the go? Burger prices are expensive, the presentation of the end product is who gives a fudge,

The service used to be great, but the was many years ago. Now it is like you have intruded into their day.  In contrast, Burger Urge prices are much the same, but the burgers are bigger and better and their service runs ring to that of McDonald...

The service I received from this MacDonalds branch was disgusting. I went through the drive thru and ordered two Mighty McMuffin meals. One to be a Medium with a juice and the other to be a large with a cap with two sugars. I got to the pay window and seen that it stated one large Mighty McMuffin meal with a Cap and a Medium Juice. Told the lady it was another Mighty McMuffin meal with a Medium Juice and then paid. Got to the second window and it was just the large meal with a medium juice without the second meal. Explained to the lady who was being very ignorant and not customer friendly at all and proceeded to say sorry sir but you will have to go back all the way around and make the order again as I cannot order it from this window which I know you could cause I've been thru before and I paid at that window before when you had the first one closed a few days ago. I come nearly every 3 or 2 days after work because I'm a chef and have no time to go home to cook me a nice meal before having a shower and sleeping for work the next day. I always order no pickles or onions in my burgers. Any how the last few months I'm having to drive back from my house to mcdonalds because they have been putting onions and pickles in my burgers, forgetting to put the meat in my burger, giving me the wrong order or giving me the wrong burger meaning I could've paid $15 for a meal and I get given a meal worth $7. Now I don't usually get angry because I know how busy these people are and the things they go through each day but come on! Tonight I bought the big mac blt and was given a big mac -.- idk if there's a price difference but there is a difference between the burgers. I'm actually too tired to go back and change my burger over, not to mention I have to get up in 5 hours for work. It's not hard to remember one burger, because that's...
