Wow! What a disgrace! We sat down specifically at this place for the full rack of ribs, we ordered them, were told then they are sold out, after we paid for them, we then asked for chicken wings instead, again sold out, mind you this is at peak hour lunch time and the main items of the menu are sold out, fair enough, but then after waiting for our entrees with out $10 beers off tap, we were then approached by a waiter (we thought at the time) blaming the female staff "girls" saying they should of taken orders without asking him first, also blamed the chef for stuffing up orders. We then proceeded to ask for a full refund of all the remaining items and etc entree items we paid for, we had enough! We were returned money $20 short, we approached the male waiter we had been dealing with, to which he debated about the refund with his staff over the bar, !fter demanding his staff to hand him the $20 I further went to explain where we were coming from to which he replied "can you not see I'm busy". How dare he! I sat at this centre and spent over $100 to be told all the food items we ordered were sold out. He then continued to argue with me infront of staff and customers, calling me rude. I then asked where the manager was and to my surprise he is the manager. He told me his name is Aaron, but who knows. Be aware before eating here. Over priced and under organised. Management is poor. Literally every part of my experience here was absolutely terrible.

The staff were too busy chatting behind the counter to take my food order. Food took a while to arrive. Price of food was overpriced for the experience and standards offered.

Steak was cold, chewy, dry and unsatisfying. The meal was advertised with sauce, which wasn't on the plate. Told the wait staff to put the steak back on the grill, which im not even sure if they did. Steak came back out still cold. At no point in the service did anyone ask if the meal was ok. Otherwise would have said how poor it was.

Ordered a side of "shoestring fries". What came out were some generic, once again, cold, fries. Why do you advertise shoestring fries when they aren't? Also, why is most of your food cold.

Also ordered a full rack of rib, which were ok, but really overshadowed by the lack of carefactor from staff, false advertising on the fries and cold steak.

I would go to anywhere other than this place if you want a feed.

A terrible start to a holiday going here. Step up your game and work on your service and food standards.

Haven't had an experience this poor in a long time.

My friend and I went for taco Tuesday. We were starving by the time we got there and super keen. He ordered one of everything, I got one prawn and one fish taco. The wait time was very long, even though the place was less than 50% capacity. When our food arrived it was hugely disappointing. His chicken taco was literally some salad and 2 chicken nuggets. He sent them back. Our prawn tacos consisted of salad and one single prawn. The fish tacos were cheap tiny fish bites. Both of mine didn’t come with sour cream which they were supposed to so I asked to get a pot on the side as there was no other sauce and they were dry. Luckily I had a bottle of Tabasco in my handbag to add some flavour as both were bland. I only finished them as it was after 2pm and it was the first thing I’d eaten all day but I wasn’t excited about them and didn’t enjoy them. The poor waitress was great in dealing with our issues and she dealt with them extremely quickly. They also comped us 2 coronas on the house which we were grateful for. We won’t be ordering food there again though as that was a huge disappointment. You can get much better tacos at many other places around town.
