Noosa Juicer — Restaurant in Queensland

Obsessed with smoothies here! I watch them put the fresh fruit into the blender knowing the fruit is real and fresh and makes it taste 10x better (because some places use syrup instead of real fruit.) My favourite is quite basic but it’s mega mango! It hits the spot every time. Been coming here for YEARS the amazing flavour, quality and service here has never changed from being AMAZING! I wish more people knew about this rather then going to boost juice… they are MISSING OUT severely. The owners are also really nice! Also out of the way from all the hustle and bustle of Hastings street so it’s nice to to just stop and enjoy your drink out of the way from all the people and cars and prams and dogs you know? Come here! It’s AMAZING! Can’t tell you enough! I recommend it to all my friends that day they’re going to Noosa! Did I mention their smoothies...

Sadly, this isn't the review I wanted to leave after being a loyal customer for the past 5 years. Maybe the miserable weather played a role, but the service today was a far cry from the friendly experience we're used to (just yesterday, in fact). The server's manner was short and abrupt, not just with us but with other customers as well. When we requested an extra bowl to share with our 2-year-old, we were met with resistance and a snarky "FYI" about extra bowls being charged for (which wasn't the case yesterday when we made the same request). We graciously offered to pay for an extra bowl, and only then were we handed an additional cup. Why the snarky remark in the first place, one wonders? As a repeat customer, this interaction leaves a sour taste, and I might just think twice before...

Discovering [Noosa Juicer] was a bit challenging due to parking, but let me assure you, it was worth the effort to find this hidden gem! Amidst the sea of big-name juice spots, this place stands out as a must-try. The selection of juices was impressive, and the quality unmatched. What truly made my visit special, though, was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They greeted me with big smiles and served me with genuine care.
