The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered online, order turned up 20mins after expected delivery confirmation. I advised to the delivery person that I do not want the order now and that she could keep it. I later had her brother and a friend of his turn up at my house accusing my husband (whom was on his way home from work and wasn’t even in town at the time of delivery) that his sister told him that my husband threw pizza in her face. I went straight down to the store and she denied saying that to her brother at all. So the message I received tonight was don’t refuse an order from Pizza Hut if they are late because you will get their family members turning up at your house looking for an argument
