The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered online, order turned up 20mins after expected delivery confirmation. I advised to the delivery person that I do not want the order now and that she could keep it. I later had her brother and a friend of his turn up at my house accusing my husband (whom was on his way home from work and wasn’t even in town at the time of delivery) that his sister told him that my husband threw pizza in her face. I went straight down to the store and she denied saying that to her brother at all. Guys, what is going on??? Again with the super later delivery times and no communication. We've been waiting close to two hours this time! This is unacceptable. You don't even have a local phone number so when I tried to call, it redirected me to the main company line and even the lady trying to help couldn't get through to the store. Can there actually be some communication this time instead of the generic 'We're sorry you had this experience'. Ordered Friday night. The delivery driver was great and did his job exceptionally. However all pizzas were completely different types to what we ordered, instead of a lava cake we got potato bites, instead of coke it was a fanta (honestly not a big deal on that one). The only thing that was right with the order was the garlic bread. I hope you can do better with checking orders next time.
