Roses & Beans — Restaurant in Queensland

I ordered flowers for my daughter 2 days prior to when I required them delivered. I have attached photos of the flowers I ordered through the website. (There is 2 bunches, one a bunch and one in an arrangement - I ordered one in an arrangement) I have also attached what I received. My order value was $95, plus a $50 candle and delivery.

When you order something with an illustration sampling the flowers and colour palette, you expect something in the vicinity of what has been shown, plus you expect the correct dollar value. (All the photos in the selection shown on the website indicate the same flowers. Slight differences in colour tone, but all bright & vibrant and quiet beautiful)

I am beyond disappointed.

At my best guess, this is $65 value, and something I would expect to purchase in a supermarket!! (Actually, Roses & Beans is across from Woolworths..is this indeed a supermarket arrangement???)

This was supposed to be a birthday arrangement, with what i was expecting, similar colours to the picture shown with Roses, Lisianthus, Gum, Carnations & Disbud, in a range of bright pink, light pink, peach and a touch of white. I know due to flower supply you can't always do the exact thing, but this is nothing like what is in the pictures. Not the same colour palette, not the same flowers.

I would consider this arrangement to be a sympathy arrangement especially with that colour selection and the selection of flowers used which included an old browned off Disbud right in the centre. I'm so disappointed, I won't be making this...

I ordered from the online menu for delivery and thought I would be paying a set amount but got charged extra, when I asked why they said the menu was wrong and the price was actually $10 more expensive (they said they know it’s there fault but there is nothing they can do) if if I had know this I would not have ordered the item Then it Took 1 hour for my order to arrive (I was not told the wait time) and when it arrive the bread and chips were soggy, the steak was way over cooked and mostly fat All in all a bad experience and I will not...
