Five Stars Sage!! We have been in Toowoomba for a few days and tried a few different cafes and you guys ticked all our boxes for our family of 4.

We arrived yesterday for breakfast 4/7/23 and our meals were well presented, well priced and tasted delicious! I had the bacon & eggs ( eggs were perfect and not over cooked) my adult daughter had the very creamy looking avocado & feta toast which was yummy! Our friend ordered the bacon and egg brioche and so did my youngest child. We very much loved that the food is ethically sourced. Well done.

The coffees and chai were made to perfection and to top it off service was friendly and warm, thank you 🙏 Sage , we will definitely be back next time we are there!

Visited Sage and Butler Cafe recently and had an absolutely delightful experience. Matt, the owner, was a pleasant and welcoming host, ensuring every detail was just right.

I ordered the Eggs Benedict with spinach and asparagus, accompanied by mushrooms on the side, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the mushrooms added an extra layer of richness that I thoroughly enjoyed.

My companion, Richard Norman, opted for the bacon and eggs, also with mushrooms on the side. He couldn't stop talking about how incredibly delicious the mushrooms were—remarkable indeed!

We visited Usage & Butler on a weekday morning. Although the place is quite small, it was extremely cold outside and we were asked to wait outside after placing our coffee order. Unfortunately, there’s no proper area designated for ordering and waiting, which made the experience uncomfortable.

What stood out the most was the rude and unfriendly service we received when ordering. The staff lacked warmth, and the overall interaction felt quite dismissive.

Sadly, the coffee was not worth the wait, especially considering the poor service and lack of customer care. It’s a shame, as the place seems to have potential, but the experience left us...
