An absolute joke. I ordered food from them online a few days ago... I then waited 45 minutes and a menulog driver finally turned up at my house. But the driver had no order to deliver because the restaurant refused to give the driver the order. My driver was clearly upset, explained the situation, and asked me to call this restaurant. I complied and had it on speakerphone so the driver could hear. Now, the story from the restaurant goes, there were two people with the same order number and the "fake" driver stole the order. So I just said I have cameras at my house, I can prove there was never anything delivered. Obviously, there was a mix-up on your end asked them to send me a new order. The driver I had was nice enough to return to pick it up and deliver it as intended. Bare in mind, it took an extra 30 minutes to get the food. So an hour and 15 minutes.
But I also tried to order food from them today, thinking I would give them the benefit of the doubt. But I placed an order, waited 15 minutes on the "awaiting confirmation" screen.... Only then to be charged for the meal, and have the order declined. I'm extremely unhappy with the service provided by this place. If you have any sense, I would advise that you don't...

First, don't give out subs that aren't fresh ( if you wouldn't eat, don't sell it) Second, take a refresher course in learn some hospitality manners Third, if you don't know what is fresh/ stale you shouldn't be working there!

Read moreI've always frequented Subway as a quick lunch destination however today i'm officially boycotting this establishment. I have had numerous problems with 2 staff members in particular. 2 young girls one with purple hair and one with blue hair. Exceptionally rude every single day. What is subway teaching these children? Not a care in the world for customer service. These girls will blatantly grunt at you if you order one too many salads and will stand there having a good old chat while you wait to be served and after all this, the sub is beyond appaling.
