We arrived at the venue and there were about 6 other people there dining. We Ordered two entrees and two meals. After waiting 45 minutes one of our entrees arrived and we then waited a further 20 minutes (65 minutes total) for one of our meals to arrive. Upon arrival of the first meal we also asked about the other entree and she said we already received it. We advised unfortunately not. She said sorry it must have been sent to a different table, and went back to the kitchen. Whilst waiting for our second meal and second entree two people then attending the bar to advise they had received the wrong order and now had to wait another 30 minutes. Finally our entree and second meal arrived, the first meal was cold by the time we received the second as it was about 15-20 minutes in between. The steak was well over cooked after ordering a medium rare, was really disappointed with the experience and wait time. If we were told there would be such a large wait we would be understanding however we were never told nor did any staff check in and see if we were waiting...

My son and I chose to celebrate his birthday at this popular hotel. We choose a bad night. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. It was hot and muggy outside so we chose inside. Accessibilty is not a problem for wheelchairs and walkers. Well, Wednesday nights are Trivia night and although the indoor area was nice and cool and air conditioned, the Trivia session that went until after 8pm made it very difficult to have and hear conversations. It was a busy night with only one computer station to take orders for dinner. This was a cumbersome process and needs to be reviewed. It certainly wasn't efficient. I waited nearly one half hour to place our dinner order. Because it was busy it took two drinks each to be consumed before dinner arrived. The food was enjoyable but certainly did not rate to the reputation that this hotel behooves. Maybe another night might be more suitable...
