We have always gone and it has gone well for us. We really like the bakery products because you almost don't find the same quality in the city. We always eat there because we come from the city and we take advantage of being there for a while, but this time due to time constraints we ordered takeaway, we ordered a carrot cake and a couple of coffees, we were quite disappointed because the coffee was not good and the cake tasted like when you keep something uncovered in the fridge and it absorbs all the smells from the fridge, it really tasted really bad. In the same way, we will return for other things that we have already eaten and are delicious.

Sunday busiest day run by children under alot of pressure when I asked the manager about my order I had a dispute about the 30m I waited for coffee.. Watched 6 people after me walk out with theirs before doing so.. Manager was about 18 and very sour sausage rolls were salty Baguettes too sour ,croissont ok coffee quite good. The lack of reply shows the evident careless attitude of owners, wont be back to this store although the one in Kewarra is consistently good.

Slightly busier than Baked @Trinity bakery. Not very welcoming despite so many staff, no one bothers to smile. Orange and coconut slice was ok. The lemon tart was blah- too sweet, no tartness whatsoever and the base was too crumbly.

[EDIT 4/04/2025]: Went back today hoping the croissants would have changed and noticed they look similar to the danish in texture and colour. Purchased both the danish and the croissant to test and the dough is definitely the same as what they use for danishes. I get the doughs are similar anyway, but they should be noticibly different in texture and taste and generally you can use croissant dough for danish dough, but not the other way around. You need more butter in the croissants when laminating in my opinion.

Maybe it's a time constraint thing? Anyway, disappointing. Probably won't go back for a croissant again which is my favourite little treatie. All the other food is still banging though! Usually rave about the Trinity Beach store and my go to is always to grab a croissant and coffee.

However, the last few times the croissant has been dry, flavourless, and not buttery; nothing compared to the buttery, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside ones they used to do. The one I ordered this morning also had a slight stale taste to it which was disappointing.

Maybe it is a new recipe? Hopefully they go back to how they used to bake the croissants.

Their sweet baked goods are still banging, though. So no...

Whilst the food is delicious, the customer service is something that would probably need work on. I went with my mother to get a tart and two coffees. One medium flat white and an iced oat latte. I told the lady at the counter and she nodded and I payed but was suspicious of the price because it seemed cheaper than usual. I waited with my mum and got the tart and iced latte but not the flat white. My mum then asked about her coffee and the girl at counter said it was coming and then the barista said it wasn’t and I hadn’t paid for it. It was a misunderstanding but they didn’t take any accountability on checking orders or for the confusion. They simply acted like we were at complete fault and a nuisance during their day. It’s just a bit difficult to go in there now because of the rocky...
