The restaurant and another neighbouring restaurant was fully booked for the night. We were so tired after a big day on the beach. Fortunately, the waitress kindly found us a spot at 7.30pm. The first dish was an amazing entree with a long name on its menu. The smell was so good and the taste was very juicy and flavourful. I finished the 4 pieces too quickly and remained hungry waiting for my main whilst watching others enjoy their dishes. We called a few mains. The flame seafood plate was a surprise, surrounded with flame, the pieces of delicious seafood slipped through my throat. I loved the Mossman beef, the taste was richer than other Thai restaurants I have been. The nice smell shot through my nose all the way to the top of my head. The tender beef had some nice juicy tendons in between. All I can think of now is the extra collagen and its benefit to my body. The soft shell crab was very crispy, but it was juicy the same time. I did not know juicy and crispy can go together. The sauce was so delicious. I could not stopping dipping and sipping using the poor legs of the crabs. It is definitely nicer, larger and cheaper than what I normally have in Manly. We were lucky that the waitress recommended coconut rice. It looked ordinary but was cooked perfectly with very rich coconut smell. It also has a little natural sweat flavour to it assuming from the coconut juice. It's just what I needed before my next mouthful of beautiful food. A few ladies walked pass my table and said, something smell nice. I smiled and replied, it's all over me! Overall I am Extremely happy with the dining experience tonight. The waitress was a very nice dark skinned slim young girl assuming from Thailand. She served us so well and we just have to give her some tips as a token of appreciation for a...
Read more2025 Edit: What a bloody disappointment. Grilled Charcoal Seafood Salad. This is a main, not an entrée. Two prawns, three mussels (both frozen imports) and three pieces of octopus tentacle that in total were the size of my finger. Yes, I counted each piece. Mountain of pomelo pieces and cos lettuce. $29. Plus another $4 for small rice. To top it all off, it in no way resembled any Thai flavours. Read below how we enjoyed our meals two years earlier. We did not have a similar experience this time. One positive was the particularly helpful young man who showed us to our seats. I really hate writing this, but there really is zero chance we'll be back.
2023: We were walk-ins one Thursday evening. Seated and waited sooooooo long to have our order taken. I was within a whisker of walking out. Eventually ordered Basil & Chilli Barramundi and Pineapple Fried Rice. I'm very glad we didn't walk out. Our meals arrived quickly and both were delicious. The barramundi was a particular hit. Nice sized piece of fish with great balance of veg & sauce. It could however have benefited from a good deal more basil. Great meals...

I had a fantastic dining experience at Yada Thai Restaurant in Trinity Beach. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to recommend dishes.
The menu offers an authentic selection of Asian cuisine, and everything I tried was bursting with flavor. The bells udon noodles was perfectly balanced, and the pho soup and pork & prawn was rich and fragrant. The portions were generous, and the presentation was appealing.
What really stood out was the freshness of the ingredients and the authentic taste that transported me straight to Asia. Prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and special occasions.
Overall, Yada Thai is a hidden gem in Trinity Beach that I highly recommend for anyone craving delicious, authentic Thai food in a...
