Tbh Sea Change Beachfront Apartments was 100% perfect for what we needed. We are Kiwis and our communication prior to our travel was the key imo to our stay. I am a complete leg leg amputee with a severe mobility impairment, however my fitness is good. My wife was in constant communication with SCBFA from the beginning and an easy access shower was essential which was supplied. We were delighted on arrival to discover our apartment had been upgraded. We therefore stayed in one of SCBFA best apartments and were overjoyed with it. For a start it was huge. We did not need to use the second bedroom. It was immaculately clean. The view from the balcony was phenomenal. The apartment had a relaxed feel/atmosphere to it. The TV was perfect and all channels were accessed easily. Furniture and chattels were clean and in excellent condition. Kitchen appliances all clean and in excellent working condition. Our bed was clean, comfortable and easy to sleep in. The on-suite bathroom was clean and excellent functioning. I had zero issues entering and exiting the shower. Toileting was perfect for my higher needs. There was a few steps in our apartment and negotiating them wasn't a problem at all - however I am fit for my age and mobility impairment. ||The main feature to impress us at SCBFA is the atmosphere. Relaxed. This was key to our stay. We prefer quieter environments over faster paced stressful and chaotic nut bar factories e.g. Queenstown NZ. After all we were on holiday - to celebrate my 60th birthday. The second main important ingredient for our holiday was water. We prefer staying near it. Agan SCBFA delivered superbly. Not only was waking up in the morning almost a dream like surreal experience for us, it was quite frankly breathtakingly therapeutic. Every morning I went out to the apartment balcony to experience paradise at/in its most beautiful state. Peaceful & tranquil. We come from a location in New Zealand where southerly winds prevail, along with schizophrenic weather conditions. The only constant is its inconsistency. So naturally again the weather in Trinity Beach was idyllic. ||The pool facilities at SCBFA was perfect. We were fortunate to travel during quieter times of the year. Therefore the pool wasn't obviously crowded. I was able to move with caution around the outskirts and entering and exiting the pool was possible. The spa pool was great. ||There were painters working at SCBFA while we were there and this didn't disrupt us at all. The artwork is so refreshing to see and really accentuates the atmosphere and beauty of the architectural design of the building. Culture permeates SCBFA. Finally we were allocated a vehicle to transport us around the area. It too was perfect. Although we did find parking it a little difficult in the car park as I need more space than able-body people to enter and exit the vehicle. We would like to thank the owner/s and staff of SCBFA for our stay it was greatly appreciated and we would have no hesitancy in recommending...
Read moreThe room is big and clean. Restaurants are 5 minutes away. Beach is across a quiet street 100 feet away. Best of all is the front desk. I was locked out of my rental car when checking out. Anna, the front desk lady tirelessly helped me to reach the rental company at the airport and then road side assistance. Several calls and seemingly eternity of waiting later, she was able to secure a technician to open the car door in time for me to get to the airport. Anna’s service was commendable. She stayed on the phone for me when helping other guests. She even used her personal phone to call different numbers while waiting on another line. She took charge of the situation like her own. She exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody. If you plan to rent a car in Australia, make sure it will not automatically lock itself even the key is still inside. My rental car is a WV TROC. This feature has been disable in the US years ago. It would be detrimental if your baby is still in the car with the car key while you are busy with something else...
Read moreA very positive experience. What stood out most was the time and care the staff took to ensure we had a lovely stay. For eg there was a slight misunderstanding with our booking, but it was handled so graciously and efficiently by Amanda who is a new employee. Amanda is personable and attentive to detail, and I hope the owners realise what an asset she is to their business. The building was also being painted whilst we were there, but requests for access were handled with diplomacy and the tradesmen were very polite and never intrusive to the extent we didn't really notice they were there. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, the pool is relaxing and warm, and the accommodation has beautiful views whilst being within easy walking distance of cafes and shops. Highly...
