I went for dinner on a Friday night. The place was busy and the environment was noisy. The restaurant is average; the prices are slightly lower than similar restaurants. There wasn't a great variety of sushi on the conveyor belt. There were many chicken sushi options but not many fish ones. The sushi was good. It was nice to see people cooking in the middle of the restaurant and being seated around them. The prices are reasonable, and the food was good, so the experience was positive in that sense. However, the service was poor. The person who seemed to be the doorman was practically the only one who attended to me that night. Upon arrival, I noticed a sushi menu and another one for hot dishes in front of the restaurant. I asked if they served the hot dishes listed on the outside sign and received a rude and unnecessary response in a condescending tone, asking if I had read the sign that said "weekdays lunch only.” Obviously, I hadn't, or I wouldn't have asked. He emphasized that it was clear they didn't serve those dishes at that time. I felt like asking why the sign was outside if they didn't serve those dishes then, but I decided to just agree and not respond in the same mocking tone, thinking he might have had a bad day, although it wasn't my fault. I was taken aback by his response because it was a simple question, and I didn’t deserve a humiliating answer. I felt like leaving for another restaurant but decided to stay and let it go. Later, when I was seated, I tried to speak to another staff member passing by to ask a question. He interrupted her and stepped in front of her (turning his back to her) as if she wasn't allowed to attend to me. It was unpleasant to see, with no explanation given to me or the lady I was trying to speak to, as to why he felt superior to others. I...

Went there few times, food was delicious, staffs were friendly, environment is great BUT just be AWARE how many plates/dishes you “actually” eat, because last time I went there, I counted 15 plates before I check out, there was a staff count my plates for 23, I told the check out lady please count it again as I didn’t eat so many, and she ask same staff who clean my table recount it again, the staff still says 23, but I still don’t believe it so I asked them count it again, third time was a another male staff went in to kitchen count it for me, in the end, turns out I was correct, I only ate 15 plates! Lucky me I counted myself before hand, otherwise I’ll pay extra 8 plates that I don’t even eat, and the male staff who counted third time also did check out for me, he didn’t even apologise for their miscounting behaviour… After I left I was thinking how many times they have been done this to others if you didn’t pay attention and just pay extra money because of what ever they said to...

The sushi train joint was an absolute gem! 🍣 The place itself had this adorable vibe going on. It was bustling, though, so we snagged a spot near the entrance. No worries, though, because the food made up for it. We dug into some mouthwatering salmon aburi and eel rice rolls that hit all the right spots. There were a bunch of other dishes we tried, and they were seriously tasty, but, sorry, I can't remember the names. Luckily, we snapped photos of everything, so check those out! The best part? They were lightning fast with the service. Once we got seated, it didn't take long for our plates to start arriving. Quick eats for the win! But here's the tip: try to swing by before the 7 or 7:30 PM rush. We saw a massive queue forming, and my friend got stuck waiting for nearly an hour (she rolled in at 6:30, though). So, plan accordingly for sushi train goodness! 🚄🍱👌

This is my third time here. If you want a cheaper way to enjoy sushi train then this is the place. All sushi is $4.50. Literally all. If it's not $4.50 then the price would be displayed accordingly. This would be for meal like udon, ramen and so on. Most of their sushi tasted great. However, presentation for some weren't that great. Some sushi looked messy but the taste was usually better that the look. With the price you might also want to try certain sushi that you normally wont try. As usual, they dont have all the variety of sushi on the sushi train itself. I recommend you to order through their tablet. You can order everything through the tablet including their free water. What's impressive was the order always come quickly and they made the sushi fresh a lot of the time as you order them. For this reason and price I give the place 5 star.
