McDonald's — Restaurant in Roma

The fries were too soft, and their coke was very watered down. Also takes considerably longer for your order to be ready. Cleaning isn't great either with small pieces of fries etc. scattered underneath tables. Staff appear to be friendly but police are constantly patrolling guests who are there, since Roma doesn't have very wealthy families a lot of people go here, the central location is also very attractive with a playground for guests out front. They have 4 stations where you can digitally order so the store itself is set up well for the future. Their burgers tasted about what you'd expect from McDonalds, having tried the quaterpounder, cheeseburger and a chicken burger. The wraps are also on par with other McDonald’s venues. There are a variety of cakes and other more higher quality desserts and sweets available next to the counter. There is not heaps of seating space both inside and outside, however more seating outside could be a good idea for the future. Straws and cutlery were always accessible and always stayed topped up. A large parking lot can accommodate to a crowd larger than their kitchen workflow could handle. Uber-eats is also available at this location. Overall, an alright experience but some things such as speed and workflow...

Drove thru the drive thru service on the 31st July 2023 at Roma told the driveway attendant I had three individual orders, she said place your orders, after the first two orders she said sorry can't do three only allowed to do two orders. I drove to the window to pay for the two meals, asked could I make a third order again at the window was told no sorry I did not take your order, but will take payment. Unbelievable, the driveway attendant was rude, it shouldn't matter how many orders you want your paying for it. To be told that is an absolute disgrace. I parked my car walked inside to place my order, to be asked by a worker do you have money or card, I replied card why? The worker replied you have to use kiosk to place order we don't except cash. I replied seriously afterI was refused a meal in the drive-thru you now tell me to use the kiosk you have no cash. An absolute disgrace, I'm from Charleville an outer towner, whatever changes if any where made, all customers should be treated with respect not be spoken to rudely or humiliated when buying , ordering or paying for a meal. Shame on you McDonald's will not buy another...

There was no one in the store and the guy made my vegi burger like he was handling plutonium. He could only have the ingredients touch his hands for a millisecond each. If you can imagine a world championship in stacking cups, that is what it looked like only with prices of food. And the result? Have a look at this dry awfully concoction. 3 little pieces of shredded lettuce huge double squeeze of mayo and a pickle. Funny thing was after the flurry of fingers and food for 3 seconds he just went back to doing nothing and talking to his mates about some completely uninteresting facebook post, when he had all the time in the world to assemble a nice piece of food for a weary traveller. Note to McDonald's: patrons order a vegi burger because they want.....vegi. not 3 little strings of lettuce. Make a vegi burger! And make it...
