On a quiet street you'll find this place, and if you order here, you'll discover a treasure that belies its humble premises. There is simply a quality here which is absent in many fish and chips places: Fresh, hot, and crispy, with only a fraction of the grease that almost beggars belief.

Legit the best fish and chips I've had, possibly ever. Clearly a little family business run by a nice old man. They really need to increase their prices though - $8.50 for amazing FnC is such ridiculously good value.

The chips were properly cooked, had a great flavour and were lovely and crunchy. The fish was a huge and thick piece of hoki (my favourite), with a nice crispy light batter.

The shop was just a nice clean and humble hole in the wall.

The Food was average, but the service was ridiculous.

The Owner didn't take names for any of the orders, making a confusing mess out of picking up our food. He asked everybody waiting what they ordered about 3 times, and still couldnt remember.

We ordered something extra when we arrived, then paid. When he packed it, we enquired about the item, and he said it was in there. Naturally, we get home and its not.

Moronic ownership, average food, poor service. Only recommend as a last resort, and...
