I’ve been going to this Muzz Buzz for a while now. Going at the same time everyday with no issues. I have the same coffee order every time with OAT milk and again never had issues. The past 2 times have been extremely slow, making me late for work and both coffees for myself and my partner who also gets OAT milk have been made with normal cows milk. The first time we left it because we were running late and gave them the benefit of the doubt, as it seemed like it was someone new (hence the slowness). However second time around (bear in mind this was a week apart) with the wrong milk is not acceptable. I have allergies to cows milk and this is a waste of my money. I told her that I would take the one drink with the cash and apologized for not having the rest of the money dispite her already making the ice coffee.

Read moreI've been going to this location for a few years gettign coffee at lease 5days a week. I got served by a chic this morning at 6am that's been working their for maybe a couple of years now. Her speed has not got any quicker what so ever. I waited 15 minutes for 1 coffee and a ham and cheese croissant. You would think working in a fast pace environment her work ethic would have improved. I personally think that there should be more staff on at that time of morning or choose your staff carefully to if they should be working on their own unsupervised.
