Most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. Placed my order like normal over the speaker, easy. Get to the window, store window opens (I assume I’m paying) I sit for nearly 5 minutes while the clerk at the window is entering mine and someone else’s order. We get to my order and she reads out the order in the most incomprehensible way possible. I have to correct her on multiple items and end up paying. Thinking she’s maybe new I let it go. Assuming going over the order at the window - I thought wouldn’t have the need to ruffle through the bag in my car to confirm as this had already been done.. twice. Then, I get asked to park up & wait - I assume this is because of the order size, all good! My order size was enough to feed half a human, what’s the need to park up? Moving on, water off a ducks back.

I get home and lone f behold the entire order is wrong, it’s been a very long day working & also having multiple children under 3, we thought the convenience of this would be pleasant.

Quite the opposite would be understatement of the year.

To start you off on the experience, the chips looked like a regular, not a family size as requested. We rationed about 4 chips each. The chicken I requested ceased to exist. The churros we received were dry, and of course had no sauce?! Pleasant.. If I didn’t correct the lady at the window I would have received garlic sauce…. I requested the pita bread, it has a side of garlic sauce. Being familiar in this space I cut her a break. Although if I didn’t confirm 3 times, I would have come home with no pita bread too. Perfect!

I’m not one to generally call in to discuss if there’s a mistake, but I spoke to the store manager and to cut it short we basically had a 10 minute session of him gaslighting me. Me trying to pass on the understanding of each item and mistakes that were made, manager very defensive and continually telling me I received my order so nothings wrong? Telling me I just had a “bad experience”…? Horrible experience, then to top it off get home and everyone’s still hungry. I’m missing half the order and I shouldn’t have to do your employees job for you. Not going to throw any accusations around but it’s evident some training needs to be done, and if the staff are trained then you should seriously be investigating this further. Was told nothing could be done and manager was totally unprofessional. Wanted to argue and had no interest in resolving the order regardless of the amount of mistakes made.

I do not usually write reviews but this was one of the most disappointing meals I have ever bought in my life. The portion was ridiculously small for the price and the chicken although was juicy and cooked well, was so bland and tasteless even with the basting. The burger was wet and soggy with no flavour whatsoever and was made with very cheap and gross bread, the white bit of lettuce, and unseasoned soggy chicken. I also did not receive my dip which was supposed to come with the meal. Chips also did not have enough salt and I had to dip it in oil oozing from the chicken for any sort of flavouring at all. I hate wasting food but I honestly couldn't even finish my meal because of how bad it was. Staff was friendly but thats not an excuse for awful food. For the price, I expected much higher quality, better flavour and portion size. Will not be going to...

Went here for the first time just for light meal. Having heard that the Chilli and Cheese chips, and the cheese stuffed fried jalapeno are suited for vegetarians, I ordered these two.

The chilli and cheese chips are quite interesting although a bit oily. The chilli topping is almost resembling Indian tomato, ginger and onion tadka masala, but with more sharp sourness that actually works well with the entire dish. Frankly tastes more Indian rather than Portuguese to my taste. The cheese sauce that was drizzled on the dish was good, but tastes so common elsewhere.

Fried stuffed jalapenos are basically thick on the breadcrumbs coating, with a thin slice of red pickled jalapeno and unknown cube of orange coloured cheese. Not bad but not special either.

Service however was good.
