Second Experience here, same person who served us.
I order a chicken kebab, with cheese & tabouli. Ordered two falafels.
I asked for the receipt And he said something as I folded up the receipt to put in my pocket “don’t worry about the…”
Ignored it until got back. My spidey senses already tingling and I asked how much the falafel again.
He said $5 each. His father corrected him and said no it’s $5 for two. So they proceed to give me back the $5 in a note.
I get back to the car and open my kebab and it’s wet like they dropped the thing on the floor and just put in the bag?!
This wasn’t the only experience that I had with them. I’ll add more later, but yeah I don’t believe they’re Muslim at all. I came here because I trust Muslims won’t do this kind of thing.
Not happy, that they tried to double charge me on the falafel and they still got me on the tabouli.
I mean seriously who orders extra tabouli. You guys can make your own decisions.
P.S this kebab store gave too much lettuce and seemed like the meat wasn’t the standard at most...
Read moreOrdered a XL meat box - the gentleman serving gave me a very judgemental look and asked if I was sure. Then he asked if I wanted cheeses or egg - I said no. ANOTHER judgemental look. Then when asked for sauces and I said no I once again got another judgemental look and asked if I was sure because the sauce is good on the meat box. Again I said no and paid for my food. He then immediately told his colleague, who also gave me the same look as I’d already received thrice by this point.
I think the food is good here but I don’t appreciate the attitude I got from the staff over my choices.
This has put a negative spin on a usually good experience and good food.
Suggestion - go for the food, but if you are ordering a lot take others with you to avoid...
Read moreBest Turkish food in Perth, Western Australia. The owner is a kind human who cares about his customers. He goes the extra mile to put in the best ingredients, and freshly made bread - daily. when they said the food is made with love they were talking about this guy. I've been eating here since 2014 and have just recently started going back after moving away from the area. I was getting my fix in Stirling kebabs hehe.. I help in the kitchen BUT I really go there for the gozleme. It's my favourite food, after trying it here first. Since then I've been around Perth, Bali, Thailand. No kebab shop or Turkish places compare to the quality of ingredients and special care taken in the kitchen....
