Big Easy South Freo — Restaurant in South Fremantle

Dropped into Big Easy on their 'soft launch' opening night (Wednesday) and was seriously impressed. The staff were super friendly and on the ball, which really helped set the tone for an awesome atmosphere. Prices were fair across the board, and I was especially stoked to see the 660ml beer option on offer which is such a good touch.

One of the standout features is being able to order food from the neighbouring vendors. It adds a heap of flexibility and makes the whole experience feel laid-back and local in the best way.

Popped into Big Easy during their first week and it instantly felt like a place you'd want to hang out. Super relaxed vibe, friendly staff who actually seem stoked to be there, and just an all-round epic energy. You can tell they really care about what they’re doing.

At the bar there are QR codes on the tables so you can order from Big Rigz and Saffron Safari - makes it feel like classic South Freo with their ability to partner with neighbours rather than compete. :)

Also, special mention to the strawberry daiquiri... dangerously good. Definitely coming back for another...

They do a deal locally with other restaurants where you can order from the venue and then go pick up and bring back to eat with the beverages that you are consuming. Seating available indoors or outdoors, the service was friendly and courteous. The atmosphere of this venue very enlightening and welcoming. A good range of alcohol available, as well as water and soft drinks. Great for catching up with family and friends or just chilling...
