ChuSing Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Stirling

AVOID! Scam delivery. Was told food would take 1-1.5 hours as they had no drivers; even though the restaurant was not open on Google until 3:00 pm (we ordered at 12:47 pm). Food took 3 hours to arrive, by then we had tried calling several times, 8 times to be exact, to cancel, and had ordered food (and eaten) elsewhere. The food came finally, and the driver (their private, non-Uber driver) told me to call the restaurant to cancel and receive a refund. To which I tried again, with no luck. They use their own private driver as a loophole to not receive a punitive response from Uber; and to dodge having to refund customers. Would highly advise not to order here; the food is putrid in terms of taste and safety (immediately had issues after consumption for dinner, not lunch). I am not one to write reviews, nor have I ever (until this experience of being scammed for over $120), but there is nothing conceivably good about this place. On top of all of this, when reviewing their reviews, it’s appears that they have a significant amount of negative reviews, and a lot of reviews; there is no way that these are legitimate (I would assume fake reviews). AVOID...

Not so sure about this one. Leaning towards 2 stars for the place but 3 stars for the service. Firstly, the parking for this place is confusing. All the spots in front of the restaurant are marked as reserved for other offices/shops in the complex, including the spots right in front of the restaurant. Unsure how customers are going to park during day time in the week days.

Secondly, the colour in the restaurant is so dark. It made the atmosphere feels gloomy and depressed. Need to brighten up the place.

Thirdly, the chu sing special spring rolls entree are very small for $6. The taste is good but the price cannot be justified for the size. Main course is not too bad though not as good as Wang's treasure at Morley.

Finally, service is quite good - not the best though. Quick and friendly service.

Overall, I think this is more a 2.5 stars rather...

Very bad experience with my first order. I placed an order during my work and they accepted it and the app shows the order will reach in 30mints. Unfortunately, I planned my meal break from the time calculated with food arrival. After 35mints I haven't recieved my order and the app said my order has been cancelled. I have contacted the restaurant and the employee who attended the call irresponsibly gave reply that they couldn't finish the order as they are closing soon thatz y they have cancelled my order.

1.First they should not accept the order if they are closing soon. I literally starved wdout food during my break.

Personally, I dont recommend to anyone during their work hours. They don't make it on time and literally they will end up...
